This app is fake a lot of questions with no help even when you answer still says quick questions. Wastage of bundles no even loans .

Thank you getbucks, I absolutely hate having to use your services, but when I'm forced to its easy to use the app nowadays and has helped me out in a few dire situations

app won't open to register me and your website keeps telling me that am registered whereas i have never registered on getbucks..please address this issue...otherwise a 2.5/10 rating will do

It is silly why do you need all those details for a small loan let me go back to tala and branch at least they won't ask all your silly questions

This app must one of the worst loan apps we have in our African market. Just asking very private financial queries and yet no loans they give. U need to emulate TALA

it just sent me a message that i pay my loan yet i havent receive the money...and again their app is so poor managed, it keeps telling me to set date of birth and when i fill in all information,it goes back to date of birth

The app doesnt consider entrepreneurs, self employed individuals or students since it asks for payslip details and all those shenanigans. You should consider for more clients.

GETBUCKS gave me money with no hassle. I even took another loan whilst paying another one. Very efficient unless on busy days service is slow just like other places. The only problem is that the app should be improved or upgraded it has some log in problems and it is only through Facebook that one can log in.

Verification is not taking place

In registration, its not moving to the next step for verification not a reliable app.

This app it seems you are professional online thief's who only require personal details and bank statement so that you can steal i don't trust you people

I downloaded app , did application since Friday did another have to wait another 24 hours, that not even the worst I can't update my profile information it gives me errors wheter I do it online or on the app jusy says something went wrong....really???!!!

You guys never disbursed the loan yet you're asking me to pay back the loan. Please clear this issue, it is not fair!!!!

I did not even qualify for a loan from this app coz I am 20 and not employed plus I did not even apply for a loan from this app and yet i receive a notification that I should pay back a loan. Kindly look into this matter. I can not pay back for a loan that I did not apply for or even qualify for in the first place. Very poor app.

After giving all the required details and them being successfully saved, the app does not move to the next step, what was the need to give all the details on the first place? Are you con?
