doesnt sync to watch any more . phone sees device but won't update data. I uninstalled and reinstalled same thing, I've done a reset --same thing been 4 days now, so whats the use of having this if i can't see my progress?

Absolute trash. Pairs with my phone but does nothing else. At least the thing makes a good doorstop... smh

I can't even use the app. I can't fill out all of the required stuff and the app will not work until you do.

Piece of crap...I'm really disappointed because it was a really thoughtful gift that I was surprised to get and happy to have.. Until I tried to use it...it worked for a few day but would never sync. Now it won't sync at all..ruined the whole gift for me..I'm soo disappointed. Wish I could just return it...should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this crap!

Worked good for the first two days then it stop syncing. Tired uninstalling app and reinstalling, resetted the device and made sure device was fully charged. The band sucks overall.

The app just arbitrarily stops syncing. I haven't been able to sync for over a week now.

I purchased this and from day 1 of using this xfit device and this app. The app won't sync any data from the xfit device. I have Un installed this app and re installed it and still doesn't work. Worst part about it I can't get my money back because Hastings is closing.

The app does not display the entire screen making it impossible to enter in personal data.... horrible app

Half the time the band won't sync with the phone the other half it doesn't count actual steps my husband and I both have one such a waste.

Will never sync ...you buy a product for it to work not sure if its the app or the product but the product sucks if u cant clear it and sync it. Please fix.

Horrible, sync issues like everyone else. The morons that wrote this program should go back to school and learn English too. Cheap junk.

The app is the worst, most broken thing I have EVER had the misfortune of using. None of the fields to input data line up, and the app is unusable until it's all filled out. The band itself is hypersensitive as well; apparently a car ride is the equivalent of running a bloody marathon. Eight different kinds of unimpressed with the entirety of the product. It would be better off blown up with some New Year's fireworks so it may never aggravate anyone ever again.

App installed fine, but when i go in to enter my information, the items are all out of position. Items aren't lining up with where they should be so i can't even enter in my age due to it not even being visibly editable. I can click age and get sent to my keyboard but can't enter anything cause I can't delete the inital information. Note if your phone is compatible via the android version be careful of your screen size cause the app doesn't adjust to fit screens like so many other do.

After reading all these negative feedbacks, I was ready for the worst, but pleasantly surprised because this program worked perfectly for me. ***Update** OK, update three months later one day It just decided never to work again. My wrist band works fine and keeps track of my daily steps but the software app does not work anymore. I reinstalled it, but no go.

There are no instructions or customer service/support. The app can't find the watch so it's useless especially since there is no way to gt help.

Had mine for 9 mnths, then 1 day stopped syncing. Went on the website, called customer service and I got a replacement watch after shipping mine back to them!!

I really love my xfit watch, wish it would sync with the app so I can keep track of everything it records. Then my watch would be more than just a step counter... Please fix the app!

This is the most terrible app I've ever downloaded! It makes having this device that much more unpleasant

I can't even open the back of the tracker; it did not contain a cable, guide book, charger. When you are in the store you don't read the entire box which does contain a lot of information but not enough for you to utilize this band. So now I'm stuck with 2 bands and nothing else. Total waste of money. Don't waste yours.

I am giving it 2 stars because I figured maybe because I have it synced with my phone that's why it won't sync with the app. But I will see if that would fix the sync issue.

Saw the band on a talk show so ordered one right away. Should have looked at the app reviews first. The app is so 1990, it doesn't update the steps, it barely responds to taps. I bought 2 of this crap product, one as a gift, glad I was able to test it before gifting it.

After numerous attempts to get the x-fit to sync with my Android, I've decided to return it, truly dislike false advertisement.

Every time I want to sync it I have to clears all of my dad just to sync it. Worst mony spent.

I bought this and it doesn't sync. To late to take it back also. Not worth it.

Finally figured out the non-intuitive way too sync with my Nexus 4, but it still does not display well with overlapping text, and no way of graphing or exporting the historical data.

They can not fix sync problems! I think these people are going out of business! Box says go to APP store to check compatibility. We did and our phones are on there as compatible. Worked for first 2 days but will no longer syncs! Tried everything. Last conversation with Customer Service AFTER BEING TOLD YES, COMPATIBLE: Told "Not Compatible! "Bring it back to where you bought it. MAYBE YOU CAN GET SOME MONEY BACK!"

I have the xfit tracker watch. It worked great for the first 5 days and now it won't sync. I've reset the device numerous times and deleted and redownloaded the app 4 times. Still won't work. The app is junk. The tracker will pair to my phone just fine but can't pair to the app. Fix it.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else. And also, since the time is off, it resets at random times. Awesome. (S6)

Could not see anything because the colors were overlapping and nothing lined up. Also, the continue button didnt even work. My money down the drain.

I stopped using the band for a while. Now I've tried to start using it again and it won't load, it won't sync, nothing works. piece of garbage. I give it a zero if I could. How do they get away with selling this crap?

Good thing I got this for free at work. The user interface is terrible. Nothing lines up and you can barley read anything because of the colors and overlapping.

I love the app once I was able to get it working. The trick for me was to not pair the devices. To track your data select sync on the app and then push the Bluetooth icon on the band. Then it will show up.

I got this as a gift last year and finally got a device that will work with it. I downloaded the app, charged the band, synced it... aaaand nothing. Right off the bat it says I did 42 steps and it won't track any movement. Completely disappointed, not to mention the instructions were horrible. :(

Sync issues. Doesn't accurately track. I was awake for 3 hours in the night moving around the house. This app says i slept solid. It rarely picks up on my activities. So disappointed. Fitbit here I come.
