About Mobile Teller
Gerber Federal Credit Union's Mobile Teller app provides easy and secure access to your Gerber FCU accounts from your Android device. Gerber FCU Mobile Teller is a free service offered to all Gerber Federal Credit Union members.
FEATURES:
MANAGE ACCOUNTS
View account balances and transaction history at a glance, deposit a check, transfer money between accounts, and pay bills.
TRANSFER MONEY
Transfer funds within your account, as well as transfer money to other member accounts that are set up in your transfer list.
DEPOSIT CHECKS
Mobile Check Deposit allows you to securely deposit a check using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. Choose your account and amount. Snap a picture of the front and back of the check and Submit. For your protection, check images are stored securely and never on your device.
BILL PAY
Pay bills online quickly, securely and on time. Use the same payees and eBills from your existing online Bill Pay.
e-STATEMENTS
View your member statements, newsletter and other important member notices using e-Statements. No need to print, view archived statements easily.
LOCATIONS
Search for Gerber Federal Credit Union branches, surcharge-free ATMs and deposit taking ATMs by your location or by entering an address.

The Gerber FCU Mobile Teller app is supported on the following Android devices:
• Smartphones with the Android 2.2 Operating System or greater
• Android Tablets
• No “Small Screen” support, i.e. all but “QVGA” 240wx320h are supported
Gerber FCU does not charge a fee for mobile banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. A supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Teller App. Use of the Mobile Check Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device. I have spent my entire career in Information Technology for a large Midwest-based bank and I would never have released such a flawed application to my customers! I have struggled with this app from day one!!! I don't like to bank with the bank where I work, but going to go back or somewhere else where the consumer technology is reliable. This is ridiculous and GFCU seems to lack the technical expertise to address it.

I'm irritated with this app, and with the Gerber website in general! Most of the time it refuses to let me log it, I get an error message that says connection failed. It's not my internet that's the issue, I've tried on several Wi-Fi connections and with several different devises. It's irritating, I wish your app and Website were more reliable.
