I wish it would allow you to cancel auto fill and deactivate scripts. Also slow and clunky.

App doesn't work. Keeps telling me there's an error and to call an 800 number even though I've used it before. I could have called in 20 prescriptions by the time this app let's me fill just 1 :( Not worth it.

This app sucks so outdated it should show exact date you pick up your medication how much you paid there is hardly any information on this app at all . and it needs to show when your medication is ready for pickup I can see that whoever made this app does not look at any of the ratings or they would do a freaking update already again this app sucks

Worst pharmacy app out there! Wish I had a choice of pharmacies but unfortunately can only use giant eagle

I use it to refill prescriptions on a regular basis, but I really wish it would offer reports on annual costs for tax purposes, plus a list of dates of all refills, not just the last one.

This app is not updated. Prescription that I submitted is not shown here. Also several prescription are set to be refilled but it keeps saying there's technical problems

Won't let me login with correct username and won't let me add family members when I use mobile # to login....not worth the frustration

App hasn't worked in months. I can't remember the last time that I could actually refill a prescription from here

Constantly logs me out servers unavailable what a pain. It worked at one point not anymore.

I got a message to download a new version. I did and it works, but it deleted my shortcut on the screen and a new one never loaded on it. I can't access my app for refilling thru the pharmacy app. Pls correct it with a shortcut on the screen.

This app has so many problems connecting to the server it's not even funny.

If overdue, the prescription can't be filled from the description page

This new version erased every script I had saved in the app. I don't have the bottles get the Rx numbers. Now I have to goto the pharmacy to do refills until they are saved in the app again. In reading the other users comments the no calling doctor is unacceptable, as well as no option for same day refill. Horrible upgrade developers.....

After the redesign there's no way to put that you want your RX now and it automatically goes to the next day. That's dangerous if people are in a life sustaining medicine and ran out of it. Idk why ge always has to do everything half ass.. Other than to save a dollar that they don't pass on to the customers. Time to switch to Walgreens. That app is light years better and had more functionality hears ago.

I used to use this app all the time and loved it. Since the redo I'd have to say it's the most frustrating app I have. It is completely useless. Is very challenging to get into it, and then when I do, I can't navigate between my family members! ???? Before the update, I could request medication refills for anyone in my family. That is absolutely impossible to do now as it will only display my husband's meds regardless of who I choose to manage. It's frustrating to have an app that used to be easy to use and helpful and instead it now is useless.

The old app was wonderful. I could click on Rx and have it refilled and ready the same day. I have no access to my scripts on this new version because it keeps saying there is a technical error. I'm having to call everything in again! This was a terrible upgrade and I'm extremely disappointed!!!

I was happy to see they finally updated the app, but then I was very disappointed. It takes a RIDICULOUSLY long time to load! If I click on an app, I shouldn't have to wait >30 seconds for it to open so I can do anything. It won't let me log in with my phone # anymore, so I had to create a whole new account. I used to be able to order refills for my family, but now it says my daughters have to give me permission to see their prescriptions. (Already did this in the old app! Why do I have to do it again?) New version is another fail.

They must have tried to update the App. recently, but all they did was make it worse!! Now I can't log in, had to reset my password, still won't let me in, made me create a NEW account and I've lost all my Rx's including my family members I had on my account that I managed and THEIR prescriptions too!! Epic FAIL!! HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED.

Since redesign it doesn't automatically call my doctor the next day. It just tells me it couldn't fill my prescription. I had to call the pharmacy and go through all the voice prompts and it said it would call my doctor. Frustrating waste of time! And pretty stupid to boot.

The old app worked ok but has been disabled so I cant even see my current list of prescriptions, or the phone number to get help.. The new app is a piece of junk that I cannot get into either because it insists that my credentials are invalid and takes me to a poorly designed form to create a new account. This is the work of idiots!

Horrible update, used to use this app all the time, used to be so easy and quick, now I actually have to call the pharmacy. This app is now useless.

I love the convenience of refilling prescriptions with the press of a button. As long as it connects -- it sometimes doesn't -- this is a very helpful app to have.

I could not type in my birth date, I had to select it from a calendar. Since it started with the current month I had to hit the back arrow over 700 times. Lousy design.

The new update is pretty horrible tbh.. The last version was way better. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I HATE the new update it rrased everything and even now it doesn't show any my prescriptions new or old

the new version doesnt tell you the date/days until you can refill.that is a big down side

Update erased all my prescriptions and does not allow for imdeiate refill. HATE THIS UPDATE

This new app doesn't text me reminders to refill medication like the old app did. I checked my settings, and I do have it set to remind me.

This app is user friendly and easy to use.

While I'm glad I can use an app to refill my prescriptions, the bar is set painfully low. The app is slow and extremely outdated. I find myself waiting for a least 3 minutes for my prescription list to load. This app was designed for versions of Android older than 4.X. Keep in mind we are on 7.X now. I think a overhaul to the app is extremely long over due.

Tried to make a new account due to getting a new device and all info is correct (I checked over and over) and I can't access the account I made. The site claims to say I need to recheck my info. I am very annoyed.

Ok app, needs improvement. Logging in takes forever & sometimes times out. When ordering a med, it would be very helpful to be able to add special instructions or a note like "Don't submit to insurance; not a covered med. Will pay for out of pocket. Thank you.".

This app was fine till last update. Now it won't let me manage my family. Ridiculous. Tried everything. I give up

We are an extremely busy society with tons of stuff to do. When I remember to refill my prescriptions (one of which keeps me from strangling someone) I want to go on this app and do it. But it keeps kicking me off and I have to keep remembering to the point where I haven't taken my happy pills in a week. It sucks. Ready to quit giant eagle all together!!!
