Time to find another app!! This app has only gotten worse! It shows my daughter in the same place for three days. She's been with me the entire time and we've been to 2 different states. Thought about upgrading, but from the reviews, that would be a waste of money!

Are they out of business? I've tried multiple emails to get support because I can no longer purchase premium. The app worked good until it became time to renew my premium. Best feature is the youtube monitor. Worst feature is no support.

This app doesn't seem to work very well, or at least not well enough to put any faith in what it tells me (or does not). An app like this needs to be stable so parents can trust it and it's just not. It's a great idea but needs work.

I originally downloaded this app because my father in law had a spell with his diabetes and didn't know where he was at this app has worked perfectly with me being able to see where he is at on the map well as of right now the map has not updated in 17days. It tells me he left home and going over his speed and arrived home but NO MAP and this is the whole reason for downloading please fix it. Would have given 5 stars if the MAP WORKED

Constant ads and child can actually go in and change her own settings. Doesn't seem to make sense. Giving it a couple if days to see if it tracks her Instagram usage on ipod, but so far not thrilled. Why have a parental app if child can change settings?? Am I missing something?

My son left this morning on a school trip to Washington DC but mamabear saya he's at school. The map also says i am at work when i have been sitting home all day. Cant trust the location service at all.

Has had a connection error for days now. What good is it if you can not even get signed it?? When the app was working it was very slow. Contacted support days ago about connection error but still have not received a reply. So glad I only have the free account....

It freezes constantly. I check to see where my child is but cannot because it is sick on an advertisement or it is just stuck loading. When I try to check my child's text messages same thing.

Would love to use it but I can't add any members, I get a 'connection error' message. Sent multiple emails to support, no response. But the app eagerly emails me that I haven't added anyone, every few days.

When I first downloaded the app, it worked great. A month later, it started messing up. For months now, it's been showing that my child has been at a location for over 100 days yet he's NEVER been there.

No longer reliable. Apparently my son has been at school all weekend. I no longer get his ig notifications or speed limit notices. It used to be so great. I think the developers don't care anymore.

I've done everything possible to make this app functional. It worked great for about 2 weeks. Now it only notifies me when my daughter arrives to home and leaves home. I am never able to actually track her location. Customer service has yes to respond after I've sent numerous emails. Blah!

I switched from Life360 to this because I had heard great reviews. It worked for about a week and now I don't get notifications anymore. It always crashes when I'm navigating through.

I love this app. I mainly use it for the locations. My 10 year old rides her bike to school its awesome that i get notified when she arrives and leaves the school.

I have a galaxy s7 and I can't get the the text messages plus the location is off bad it keeps telling me that my child leaves and arrives while she is sitting right next to me

Does this app work if a phone is not turned on? And isnt connected to wifi? Like my kids use my old phone with wifi only. But they take the phone to school with them. But the phones arent turned on yet. So if their walking home from bus stop or on the bus still or at school. And its not connected. Could i see their location still?

Works when it wants to. Not working at all right now at all. Frustrating!!

Unfortunately the location part doesn't work. We can be across town and it would still show that I'm at home. However, the text feature works sometimes.

I've had this app for years and its always been great. Yes, a crappy update here and there but it was always fixed. This time is different... For months now the app won't do anything unless I turn on my location. Problem is, I allowed the app permission to access my location! I even double checked the settings. Location is on.

I had installed this year's ago and loved it. I recently reinstalled as my son was going to be going on a vacation without me. All I get is an occasional he's going over the speed limit message. It won't show me where he is. I literally get nothing but lots of pop ups. I deem this app useless at this point.

When this app works, I like it. It is for the most part accurate. I would buy it but it sometimes stops working for days. The video ads are annoying because they just start up and can't be stopped. It's not good when you're somewhere that you shouldn't be playing loud videos.

I've had this app for about a year. Worked great. Now even uninstalling and installing again, DOES NOT WORK. My kids have been at school for the past month day and night. Just because it's free shouldn't make it sucks. Do not recommend.

I had high hopes for this app. When the notification pops up I tap it and nothing happens. Life360 works much better for me. All they need to add is the speed detection. This app is pretty and that's all. Great idea, but not yet functional.

I don't mind my parents knowing where I am but it wastes a lot of battery life, and it will open up on it's own and mess me up when I a playing a game. Please stop this! And also this wastes 75 percent of my battery because it has to look for my location every 2 minutes and it buzzes everyone it looks at my location this app is not worth it. Now I find out that whenever I just post a freaking post on Instagram or something else they get a notification THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME THEIR ARE MUCH BETTER APPS OUT.

App does not show the location of my kids accurately. They have not been disconnected and I even had then restart the app. It still not report their location correctly. Please fix otherwise this app is junk.

Idk when or why, but suddenly the app stopped working on our child's phone and never updates the location. It force closes all the time on her phone and both parents' phones. No response from the developer either. Getting rid of it. Very very disappointed.

The reason I didn't put 5 stars was the app didn't let me log onto my sons IPhone 6 tex messages. But it would on my other sons Galaxy6. Is it because I have a Galaxy phone too? Need to fix that!!!

This app works when it feels like it. It will spam me telling me my kid has arrived at locations I know she isn't at because she is sitting next to me. I can't read her text messages. Only sometimes. When I try to read some of them the app shuts down. No response after SEVERAL attempts to contact developer. Ticked I paid for the 6 months and the app is useless.

When I first downloaded the app two months ago it worked flawlessly. One month later I stopped getting my child's text updates. I emailed support with no response. Now I get the speeding notifications but the app no longer tells me where. The GPS function is great, but it's the only thing still working reliably in the entire app. I may pay a little more per month for another app but at least I will be able to get what I need.

Okay..Mama Bear has been great for my family. I really want to sign up for the Road Points but every time I try to sign up it stops working when I try to answer what's my relationship to the driver.

Hi I really loved this app when I first downloaded this app to both my son and my phone. However I'm not sure what happened when you did these upgrades but it no longer tracks my child location and I'm not sure why. I was on my way to buying the full app but I'm not convinced that it's worth it.

Inaccurate most of the time, freezes up. Paid so I didn't have to see the advertising but think it's a rip off. Just today it shows that my daughter is stranded on the side of the highway( because there are no businesses where it shows her to be for the past 3 hours ), when she's actually at work. How do I get a refund?

Worked kind of ok for a while, now it's just completely inaccurate and of no use.

Now it doesn't update the childs location, what's the point??

For a free app, this works very well. I am able to read all text messages from anyone that my daughter is texting with. I have not tried the social media yet because she is not old enough to have social media. The location portion works very well for me. And I love the feature that tells me if she is going over a certain speed! I would love to see a feature that enables me to see what she is looking at online. But I understand it is a free app and you get what you get.

It takes up all my space and i have no freedom like for real
