The application allows citizens to be involved in the upkeep of their community by interactively creating a work request and submitting that to the appropriate agency.

After installing, this app shows as not installed for this user -- means not able to use it at all. Now unable to uninstall, and will take some effort to get it off the phone.

When app is running in the background it continues to use Location Services and consumes battery. I will not use it until this problem is resolved - I have a hard enough time making my battery last a day!
