Catches webcams that are completely dark; these should be filtered out. Needs the ability to change wallpapers more frequently, and needs a manual widget for changing wallpapers with a single button press.

Never refreshes. And when you try to force refresh it it says it has changed webcams but stays the same. A waste of a dollar
