Essentially not working. Could only get some data out of GPS watch, for other activities transfer freezes up repeatedly. Also cannot look at downloaded activities, gives 'page load error'.

Inacceptable. Application hangs, synchronization with the scale is not working every time. If you want a connected scale, don't buy this one until SW is fixed.

I really liked the app and I am very satisfied with my OnMove 220 watch. Bluetooth connection between app and my watch was smooth and quick so far. There is on thing I couldn't understand about my watch. How should I do fastfix and update my OnMove 220 watch?

The software is not ready for mass deployment. Hanged many times when I selected different functions. Lots of issue pairing with weighing scale. Totally confusing

It was OK untill few days ago but now I cannot access to my detail, it keep showing error massage. Plz do something to fix this

This app was working fine until i tried to get to my details today and just doesn't open the page. So i can only see my weight but not the progress nor details of it. Please fix it!! It was great when working.

Hangs a lot of times... support doesn't answer... I think is better be refunded of my watch

Up until a few days ago it was great. But now I keep getting error messages and can't download my latest workouts. I have a Wiko Fever and the app blocks the whole phone and I have to wait for it to reboot. Very frustrating, please fix asap because I was really happy with it before. Update: 03/09/17. I can now download my workouts from the watch to the app so that is prpgress. Howecer, I cannot see the workout stats on the app as there is always an error when loading my history. Please continue looking for a fix.

I bought a 700 onscale yesterday. It connected to my phone Sony Xperia XZ but had problems when I wanted to access to the details of my weight. The app crashed and my phone had to restart. Uninstalled and retried the whole process again and same issues occurred. As to my bf'phone, the app simply couldn't connect to the scale despite numerous attempts. We will return the scale and hopefully we will be refunded because the scale and the app simply do not work. It is a complete waste of time and money and we will even incur more cost to return the scale.

Can't connect through laptop due to windows 10 issues which haven't been resolved. Now cannot transfer my runs through Bluetooth (transfers 95% and stops) Useless!

So temperamental, worked well for a few weeks, but now when you upload a run file you can't open it to look at the details, error message shows and app crashes.

I bought the 700 on scale and install the app. The app is the worst app I've ever used. 1_ it does not recognise the scale at first, it took several tries to sync scale-mobile. 2_To connect to the scale, you shall switch the GPS on¿? ¿? No sense!!! 3_something happened this week, that now, you cannot go to history/my account /body... The app crashes when you try. And what is worse, it crashes my mobile(Mi5) !!! (first time this happen to me).

Useless. Takes about 8 attempts on average to connect to my watch. 1 star for now having automatic Strava upload.

I have issues with connecting to my previous data for scale 700. It says error fail to load.

No issues connecting with my watch on a Hauwei p9. My only gripe is that I can't export the gpx files for my runs. Add that feature and it would be perfect. Edit: thanks for the quick reply. I use that feature on the computer but I'd prefer to be able to export it from the app. (weirdly the download button isn't there when I go to the site on my phone)

This app does what is required through a GPS based watch. This is practical and convenient. What I do not understand is, synchronization of phone with geonaute 220 watch demands the phone to have location feature turned on. Why does one have GPS turned on for data transfer? Further, if one wants to review history of one's own data, it prompts user to have bluetooth and GPs data turned on, which does not make sense for offline viewing. Except for these two weird requirements, I love this product.

This app used to work on my pc as long as i didn't have to use the Bluetooth. Now that there's a glitch with windows 10 with the USB connection that hasn't been resolved yet, the data don't transfer and I constantly get error messages. This is not good enough.

Gps works well.. tracking is accurate..all in all its average at best when it downloads ( which is rarely) the watch struggles to connect to my phone/app. Not overly impressed.. feels like i've wasted 55£ on this watch. I wouldnt recommend it at all. Do what im going to do, save a bit more cash and buy a Garmin.

Everytime I transfer my workouts I go through the same connection errors. I always send report when the app crashes down and probably nothing is being done with it. The app does not work as it should and it is extremely slow. My geonaute 500HR watch is ok but if I knew that I will have to get irritated everytime I need to transfer workouts I wouldn't buy it.

I use this app with my Onmove 500 watch (don't know why it only mention the 200 and 220 versions). I find it pretty good. It easily connects to the watch and import the sessions automatically. The training analysis is good and complete.

Hye, Im using sony xperia z2. For 1st time i still can connect to my phone and transfered the workout. But after that my phone cannot detect the device while on my onmove 500 screen displayed bluetooth connected. I even uninstalled this apps and reset the watch. Unfortunately the problem is same again.

The app works very bad on my xiaomi mi5s. When trying to load a workout or trying to check statistics it gets stuck on loading page and after that it crashes or throws an error. Please fix it.

As of 25 august 2017 it diaplays an error while trying to access any run history. It locks up my phone and i have to reboot it to get my virus software and volume control to work.

Depuis 2 jours l'application ne fonctionne plus, la synchro se fait bien avec la balance mais lorsque je clique sur "plus de détail" l'application se fige, j'ai un message d'erreur puis le téléphone redémarre tout seul...

Using it with the Scale 700. Really slow on my Galaxy S7 and tab S2. Cannot connect to the statistics anymore a d the app causes the occasional forced reboot of the device. Disappointing.

After the last update, it stopped working, gettting stuck While downloading the track... Please fix it!!! Was working 100% before! Happens on several devices.

Edit: I think the issue with uploading the session using Bluetooth is related to the presence of a sensor in the proximity of the device (in my case the HRM). Recently I am connect to the watch outside of the HRM Bluetooth range and everything is ok. I still would love to have Strava/Google Fit integration becauseof my friends. Old comment: After the last update it hardly connects to the phone. After multiple retries it connected and deleted my workouts before transferring (the auto delete settings is turned off). I lost two workouts and this is not the first time.

Sorry, but having such a super slow app nowadays is really a no go! It is not supposed to do much! Also the feature, that data points of measures are saved on the scale when no phone is connected and synchronized as soon as the phone is connected doesn't work at all it seems! I'm happy to debug beta versions - because this cannot be final! EDIT: The APP was updated and now worked actually pretty good! So far I was experiencing massive speed improvement - concerning the bugs from before I cannot update yet.. EDIT 2: To open the app (and check e.g. some old weight measurements) I'm not only supposed to enable Bluetooth, but also GPS?!? Whats wrong with you guys? Why??

Very upset!!! 1.Can't delete the user 2. Can't modify user height and weight 3. Can't delete users from the weight 4. The weight shows once 87kg, then 85kg,while 2nd measurement, 5. Very annoying request of my location! 6. No multiuser treatment except create new account and exit from created!

When it connects to the watch, it's ok. However, I haven't been able to transfer workouts for a week or two now. The app just says there aren't any workouts, then crashes when you try again.

Can't connect with smartphone. Now I seen that lots of people have same problem
