Useless and waste of money. I should have read the review first before purchasing it. The device hard does not tell me time (have to push it before it display time but still incorrect timing), not user friendly. I bought it on 14/10 at USJ and today is 16/10 and I'm at Melaka which is impossible for me to return it within 3days which is 'great' as I'm paying rm109 for nothing ????????????

Terrible product. I can't understand why their product cannot sync up with its app. Did you really test the product before releasing to market? First and last time to buy from the company.

Continuously showing error while connecting with the app. Doesn't work properly. Very disappointed.

For a start it didn't even turn on in the five minutes I had it, I should have known the price was too good to be true????????????if your looking to buy a decent watch that actually turns on buy a professional one that does work and does sync up

My On coach isn't synching with the app. Although my Bluetooth is on. Unable to transfer the data. Can you please solve this issue

It was detectable but not synchronizing , but finally fixed the probleme by knowing that it requires good internet connection , thanks for the help decathlon team!!

Good price for the product, unfortunately the app doesn't sync with it and it is a total waste without the app.

Absolutely garbage. The app in itself would be useful but it doesnt work at all (doesnt display the steps, the time slept, the workout recorded cannot be filed as a specific sport due to a bug). We need updates and a more efficient connection between the oncoach and the phone

My on coach 100 device doesn't get synced with this app. Now the device has become useless. I have written mails to you, but no reply till now. No one knows how to do the troubleshooting for this thing. The last time I went to decathlon store, they simply asked me to create a new account. I cannot keep on creating a new account every single day. Had high hopes for this device, but now I'll never recommend anyone to get this.

I've used this fitness tracker and the app for 1 month now, everything was perfect. Since 4 days it can not get synced to the app. It doesn't show sync error, the only problem is that it does not show neither any activity nor sleep.

Just bought the band today and downloaded the app. As with the rest of the people here, I can't get it to work on my Huawei P8 Lite. An error pops up that the band can't be detected and no matter what I do, it just won't budge from there. I wish I checked the reviews here before I threw my money away. I had high hopes for Dechatlon products, but this was exceptionally dissapointing.

I cannot even bypass step one! I have high hopes for this app. Edit: To pass the steps, you have to disconnect your phone's Wi-Fi connection. This works for me though

After switching from the Samsung S6 edge to the S8 the app doesn't find the on coach 100 device. Is S8 incompatible with the app?? And if it is the case please can you update the app. THANK you

Today I purchased this device. Once Got connected but afterwards not able to sync or connect.Money wested .

After creating account it says no internet connection whenever I try logging in. Worst app and the device is useless now

I bought the device and installed this app last evening. I was so disappointed to see that it didnt detect my seep last night. It not showing any sleep activity. Further when I went out for a run this morning, I put it in workout mode. Its steps taken count was almost accurate but the conversion to distance covered was totally wrong. The worst thing is its counting the hand movements I had while driving to office as steps taken.

Bought OnCoach 100 as my first fitness tracker, this app is just not upto the mark. Disappointed. Edit: it's a very lazy app. Doesn't sync, extremely disappointed indeed. Edit: Uninstalled after watch stopped working.

It worked great for me for a day or two. Then it was a disaster. Didn't expect this out of decathlon products. This is the worst fitness band I've ever come across. Even xiaomi's cheapest band is way better and pretty accurate.

Brought OnCoach 100 on 24th April. And since then I've sync this to Samsung J Max only once. Every time app shows failure sync message. How to sort this out ???
