The application is showing as no cab assigned. Although the cab allocated is comming via sms and is getting updated on the site as well... Yes the cab is allocated. Now im not even able to reset the password as well

Ridiculous.. Genpact Transport Team have irritated us through mails and messages since last 2 weeks and when I finally installed this app.. I opened app and filled the required fields to log in.. Bt everytime its showing error 'Check your network connection'. And no updates for this as well..

The app is asking me for network connection which I already have and a good one. All my devices connected to my network working fantastic but this app is a real mess.

I'm employee of Genpact and am unable to login into this app. Everytime I try to login it asks to check connections.

Whenever I try to reset my password it says user code and number not matched. How do I register my number. How long would it take to resolve this.

When login on apps cab location showing but approx timing to reach and current location where i am waiting not showing. Please upgade on above issue.

Calling helpdesk to get the cab no as this useless app will always show no vehicle assigned...had tried before/after pickup..even when got the call from transport...

App crashes in a moment after opening on my Nexus 5x. Plz provide a patch for it.

Please give only what you have best, if you have no budget then accept it, your all services are approaching to 3rd class catagory including this app.
