GIG

GIG—Genpact Ideas on the Go or GIG is a mobile application for Genpact employees for facilitating the submission of process improvement ideas. The application gives on-the-move access to all Genpact employees to submit Lean ideas from their mobile. In addition, it is an intuitive, simple, and password-secured application, which is built only for Genpact Internal use. The ideas that are submitted are implemented with the help of Lean Tools and Methodology. Built internally by the Genpact mobility team, the GIG application currently works only on Android and iOS phones.
