Expensive place in Gatlinburg, TN ($25 for 2 foot long philly steak subs) . Website/app doesn't work explained this to the employee. He stated "I don't have anything to do with it". He told me what I wanted to know, but just didn't seemed to care if he had our business or not, but after he told use the cost we decline the order.

Keeps saying pls choose order type then next to continue. Cant do anything with this app cant view locations menu nothing. Just keeps saying samething over and over. Cant believe they even released this app fot use. WOW...

Can't place order without adding breadsticks and chicken wings. Lost sales because of terrible app.

App didn't work

App and website doesn't work. Says it won't deliver to my location and I'm across the street. No menu to look at. Not a good way to get customers. I'm going somewhere else

Over priced pizza. It was dry and cold. Will NEVER eat there again. Customer service was not friendly.

Nice app, great local pizza

On vacation in Pigeon Forge. Saw a menu for Genos in the room. App says no delivery to my location at River View Inn. Cool idea, but it doesn't work.

I cant even look at the menu til I give at an address and phone number. Moving on...

App is terrible. Can't see the menu till you put in your information. We ordered anyway and the pizza was not anything special. Super bland sauce but good crust.
