RootsTech 2016

Took many notes at RootsTech using the notes feature of this app. Seemed to work great. Now when I try to access the app I keep getting "The Roots Tech App has stopped working" and then it shuts down. How do I get my notes?

It tells me my password is wrong (i really doubt that) and sends me to a page where i can change my password - all i get there is a message telling me there's been an error and i can't do anything. i might try to uninstall and download again . . . which my kids in Salt Lake, where i am now, tell me might help . . . i doubt it - b

Hopefully it will be updated & working by the time RootsTech starts. When logged in, it doesn't show the sessions I've added to my schedule. I can add sessions when I don't have something already scheduled (though they still don't show up on my agenda), but get an internal error (500) if I already have something scheduled.

Buggy app. can't add sessions other than the labs I've already added when registering. Says 'Wrong username/password'?! Settings don't allow you set networking. If you can't do better than this, just go back to paper.

Terrible design. Confusing to use. Obnoxious updates for days I wasn't there. It even have me poor information on what I could do for family discovery day.

It will not let me schedule any classes without getting an error message.

My new Android tablet "isn't compatible" so I have to use it on my three-year-old phone. Every time I open the app it wants to run Bluetooth. That's a security risk that isn't necessary IMO.

In the past we could enter our schedule. This year it doesn't appear to be a very functional app in that we can't enter the sessions we plan to attend

Worked about 5 min. Selected a session and it froze and crashed.

Handy notebook type app for attending this conference. Have not used it much, mostly trying it out right now.

If this app worked it would be SO great! I am going to have to sit down and write on paper where and when my sessions are. I tried to add LDS courses and it said I can't. My agenda is blank and when I tried to add the classes again I got a ^500 error^ last year this app was the BEST at helping me get around! This year I had to uninstall it.

Was working fine until a week or so ago. Server 500 error classes missing can't add classes. Come on guys fix it!
