● Speak clearly so your Toucan can understand you
● If your Toucan cannot hear you, speak louder or move closer and try again
● Update your iOS to the latest version

Not able to connect via my Nexus. It connects on my Samsung Galaxy S4 but only works sporadically. Not very good value, will be returning to the shop. One very disappointed 7 year old.
