New update is worst than the old. Now its saying my usename doesnt exisit. Its always crashing and i have to open twice to get it open. Plz fix

Easy to open when i am connected to the same wifi same as the camera wifi but i am out of home ànd i am connected to another wifi it is not working it shows ne that the camera is offline

After update, username not exist, required to register again. Even after reset the camera and newly setup again, camera keep indicate "wrong password" and prohibit to view. Placed an email to manufacturer, no response until now.

The notification work on iOS, unfortunately there is no any notification will appear on my android device. Please fix it!

Recording time is mismatched with real time by 2 and half hours, need to resolve ASAP.

In this new version, the playback is playing fast which isn't good for the user.

Firmware upgraded and can't access camera via anything but app. Can't access settings either only able to view camera

DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS!! Very dissapointed with the camera and now the app. Everything worked fine and was even able to connect and view the camera on my hikvision NVR, until a software upgrade for the camera was done... It no longer connects to the NVR, and also the mobile app keeps crashing.. I've searched everywhere and sent out multiple emails to distributors of these vr360 cameras, and have gotten zero support back. Get these issues fixed people! I made this report months ago now... Other wise I would never recommend ANYONE buy these products... What ever upgrades you have done has ruined a good camera and app. I want my money back for the 4 cameras that are now completely useless. Or at least give me the old camera software so I can get it working properly again... I can't get find the previous version anywhere. Do NOT buy these cameras!

Generally works. Can't get the motion detection to work... it just records all the time (even with motion turned on). Any clues? AP mode works most of the time.
