This app needs to be much improved. I use it for two xmarto systems and I can switch viewing between them easily. App will force close upon opening sometimes which is rather annoying. Also if you leave video feed on long enough feed will disconnect or turn black. Sometimes login will forget and forced to login all over again. Please fix this! Very annoying

Worked fine for about two weeks. Now app won't load. Any support on this?

Its a crappy app. It rarely loads the cameras, the only reason I bought this system was so I could view the cameras when I travelled. Don't buy and download this, go for night owl or a more expensive worthwhile one.

Got the WOS1388 8-channel wireless HD system. $560 Amazon. No idea why so many people seem to have issues. This app literally works flawlessly! You need to input the correct system info, that caused an issue with remote viewing. I emailed support and within 20 mintues they replied with exact instructions and PERFECT I had remote viewing from anywhere in the world even with my mother's total piece of s**** base model droid phone it still works great. I was truly impressed how fast the system connects with cameras and how easy it is to remote view. No exaggeration at home my cell signal only works at one spot in the kitchen AFTER we amplified the weak signal with a huge antenna. STILL the remote view is able to connect!! An excellent app even better product with zero issues for me. Amazing PLUG&PLAY done right. 10x savings compared to paying monthly​ subscription for commercial system.

It never works, I paid hundreds of dollars for the camera system with a bad app, the operator of this app apparently does not care about the end result or the consumer, because they have not fixed it,

1/12/17- Works fine on monitor, app completely sucks, something needs to be done about it asap for future customers, gonna return product, bought it for the mobile app viewing, have s7 Edge UPDATE(1/19/17): after updating a different version to the nvr it works flawless so far, good customer service will do another update if something goes wrong, only thing I can't get it to email me a notification when it detects motion.

I spent a lot of money on the camera system, and the POS app only worked 1 day! Fix the app or give me my money back! App is a TOTAL POS!

Needs an update. Force shutdown after attempting to open the app after a few trys is very annoying!! At times it shows that my cameras are fuzzy, however, on my monitor it doesn't show the same. PLEASE update!

The app sucks. I may need to take some more time to get the whole system dialed in but overall this system was a huge let down.

Running this app on two Galaxy S7's and a Samsung tab. Works well. No problems setting up. Completely satisfied currently. Works on my home network and also 4g cell.

App crashes when I try to view cameras

I had this camera system at my old place and it was awesome, so when I moved I bought the same one, as person who bought my place wanted the system. Has all updates on system and cameras. Was working fine with this app, now all I get is network error. UPDATE... camera is back online and everything is working great now

The app is not reliable...only able to connect to cameras 5% or less of the time. I really hope this app is updated and improved immediately.

Absolutely terrible app. Extremely laggy, delayed and buggy. Half of my eight cameras won't connect. Playback is so far behind it's basically useless.

Maybe 10% of the time that I open this app does it actually connect and display my cameras. Please fix, this is critical functionality. I see that you're working on features for a VR headset instead of making the basic tools work. Time to reprioritize your projects.

Super slow, works 10% only. Yesterday was OK, slow but ok. Today not video at all, connection fail, that's all I get.

What happen? Was working great for me before the update, now takes forever to load... and most of the time it don't load image....

App is VERY SLOW.. and freezes nearly everytime I use it. Mind you I have a brand new Samsung s7

Unusably slow if it connects at all before crashing. By the time the cameras show up you'll miss whatever it was you wanted to see in the first place.

Asked for a sign in to something other than my device. Nope. Clicked the trial button. Entered the info for my NVR but it would not connect. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, app crashed. Time to uninstall and use eseenet+.

Not sure why others have so many issues. The system has a exceptional versatility, and that complexity may be the root of a lot the issues by some of the end users . Any system like this requires a certain amount of understanding the technical aspects of the operation to make it work..

Repeatedly times out. Won't connect at all. What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work?

Have to constantly uninstall it, sometimes it actual works, rarely though...very disappointed in the only app that goes with my camera system

This is supposed to be a serious security application not a game. The animations between camera views are horrible, app should load views instantly, we do not need to watch dancing butterflies, we need to see what's going on at the location. Please fix bugs and correct the language.

This system had very little thought put in it with day to day operations in mind. We bought it for home security to be used when we were away. However, there seems to be no way to easily turn the system on and off. The setup seems very cumbersome and requires a lot of settings to be made. I have a 32" TV that I wanted to use as the monitor but it seems that changing the settings as recommended does not work. I have now locked myselfout of the system after changing to 100 with no way to get back in and change the settings back. The system is now useless until I can figure out how to reset the video setting.

This app is the biggest waste of time, doesn't work 3/4 of the time. Impossible to communicate with help desk

Cannot get it to work because of those are about to get $600 worth of cameras returned back to them fix your apps do your homework first before selling the products

Could not access cameras through my phone

It worked for a day, now it won't connect unless I reboot the router. The app works on my iPad, but not at all for my android phone

Not very user friendly. Crashes. Fwd and rewind buttons do nothing. Also, If I pull and drag forward/rewind it skips any recorded captures. I literally am stuck watching 24hrs of video if I want to watch a specific theft on the property.
