I was using this app for sometime even though the voice quality was not so good. But recently I could not login to my account. I contacted customer support n told will solve ASAP. Now it's more than a month and no news from them. I tried send ing reminders,but all in vain. Now I have uninstalled this crap and has almost my balance money with them. Please do not cheat people like this.

Dear team, i appreciate for you prompt reply for every coment. It was working very smoothly for first four days after installing the app. Unfortunately now it stoped working.. calls are going but nothing is audible. Kindly do the necessary to solve the problem.

Avoo was offering a package of 4000 minutes for USD 9.99 for a month as "UNLIMITED INDIA CALLING". And I subscribed to it. Now yesterday, I receive a message that they will only offer 1500 minutes for USD 9.99 for a month. I have joined looking at previous offer and I should get what I was promised atleast for current month. This is how a company could be fair to its customers. On my word of mouth many of my colleagues have joined, but now feel taken for a ride. Dont know whether we will continue with Avoo.

Hi. I thought it is a nice idea while having 4g. So that I topped up by 5 dollar but Unfortunately the calls keeps dropping after 30 seconds. I tried to ring to india from Ireland and tried ireland mobiles as well. Both are same...kindly look in to this. Thanks.
