Genbook Manager for Android
Genbook has really helped me build and manage my clientele, and whoever does the SEO work for the company is a super star. My Genbook page lands higher than my actual website on search engines, and higher than any of my competitors' scheduling pages. I do wish email integration wasn't outsourced - perhaps someday, Genbook staff?
Its ok, there really needs to be a month view in the calendar. I schedule a lot of recurring appointments and is a hassle to flip through each week to see what's open. Also needs to have multiple service option asap! Mobile app has a few glitches bit overall ill stick with if these things become available. If not though I will have to find something ese
Love it but could be more mobile user friendly as some glitches do occur with different mobile users
Seems to have issues with mobile . Change format often which is annoying.
Love the follow up visit emails for client's to review your business,and give personal feesback.
Love allowing new and existing patients to book online, relieving me of the need for a f/t receptionist!
Great app for booking. Very straight forward. Need to add the ability to have different schedule availability for different services.
Love hate but app works great
It's great I get a notification every time my clients book their own appointment. And I love the analytics tool that evaluates my time. The only drawback is it does not allow me to see my client database by last names.
So far Great on computer! However the mobile application has some glitches that needs to be more user-friendly. .. Over all its ok. I will check back in again to see if they fix the mobile application. Would I recommend it? YES! Blessings .
You guys need to fix asap!!! A lot of my clients are complaining and now I can't seem to be able to book anyone myself. Fix problem fast! I'm loosing business Bcuz of this!!!
Is good because you can see all your appointments but you can't do any changes or edits is always down you needed to go at the desk top site. Is getting better after last update
Some appointments have dropped off and I have no idea until customers call to ask where I am.
love genbook but hate recent repeated service outages
This used to be a very reliable app. Now it's a constant headache.
Its convenient but glitchy alot when booking from my phone. Which is 90% of how I schedule clients

Works fairly well. Occassionally logs you out (not especially convenient to find that out as you're trying to schedule someone). Also sometimes has errors retrieving calendar data. On the plus side, fairly intuitive. When it does works, it does what you need it to, schedule people. Also, sends email and text reminders to clients. My favorite feature is ability to send reminders with attachments. Often a bit buggy, but developers seem interested in working bugs out.
What did you do to the app? Network connection errors constantly but no trouble with other apps, and it's bad on multiple devices. All of my coworkers are having the same problems.
Many connectivity errors. Frequently has to be logged out and relogged into if it's been open more than 5 minutes. Unreliable.
It's convenient but i have alot of connection errors lately and i don't like that i can't manage things like.. closed dates or services from the app. I have to go to the full site on a tablet or computer.
It's easy to use but I wish it would be more individualized per user not whole account. We have 3 users under the account and one user likes having 15 minute slots, I prefer less than 15 minutes. Also, it had a limit of how early you can book, ours is 4 hours. Example if you attempt to book something at 1pm, the only spot you'll see open will be after 5pm. I want 30 minutes but we can't customize it to our own, so you look at 1pm you will see all openings after 130pm, not 5pm. Small changes would be great
We are also having issues after adding a new appointment. The app will revert back to a time selection slider and there is no way to get out of that other than closing the app and restarting. Makes scheduling multiple appointments difficult.

The +5 minutes -5 minute icon gets in the way of rebooking appointments a month ahead. It would be great if selecting a day and then "+" to book a new appointment that the day selected, not the current day would appear in the new appointment.
Works fine for me. Just need to be able to keep soap notes here too and it would be perfect.
The desktop version works well, but the phone app is basically only good for checking my schedule. Actually making or modifying appointments is buggy and often impossible. It keeps defaulting to the current day at midnight, sometimes makes all appointments 8 hours long, and other crazy stuff. They keep making changes, but don't seem to ever test them!
I used to have on iphone, than change for Android, since than I have problems with it, it doesnt upload changes like cancellation and doesnt show me what day I have blocked off, or the manage has put away, show all normal to me. I am not happy at all, please fix for Android, I need it.
Best part of the application is sync with Google Calendar so I can have a backup of my schedule
This app is everything. However I don't really like this last update..
The only feature that I would like to see is group text message and client check ups

I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I felt the $20 charge was perfect for me, then I deactivated for a few months and came back to a $30 charge. A $10 increase and your app still glitches and freezes on me? Not happy about that Genbook.
I did not know until recently that gps is linked to my customers address. This is a great feature and I use it all the time. I just wish I knew about it sooner, and it was easier to find.
Convenient app, however, it's a bit faulty when I book appts for clients on my S7. Let's say I book a 45 minute appt, the app automatically blocks 5:45. So, to fix it, I have to use browser on phone or computer, and change the duration. Such a hassle on busy days.
Keeps me alert of my upcoming appointments and very easy to use! I would recommend this app to everyone! No more being late, no more double book and and definitely no more headaches! I would never go back to my regular bookings!
