It was great until recently. The app gives me an error reaching the server every time I try to book an appointment. I will let the owner know of the fault. Not useful at all at this point

Update 07 07 17: Useless again - the add booking to calendar feature is broken. The app claims to add bookings to calendar but does not. This happened after the last update. Customer support blamed my phone type -- but the app is broken on all my android devices. Old review: I definitely think the app was not very useful since until today's update all bookings had to be typed in by hand. After today's update, bookings can, at your choice, be added to the Google Calendar app. I had even emailed support (who did not give any understandable response!).

This app was a great consept when i first found out about them years ago before they evan had an app. It was a fair price. Now they are overcharging us. There werr to rapid increases already. They dont serve a great purpose like yelp in terms of bring us clients. Their review system is good, but does not bring people in. It's unfair for them to increase their service to this extent. Its not even worth it anymore. They just know we are intertwined with pur bsuimees witht hem at this point. I'm considering on canceling my subscription with them theiving us. Indont recommend this app any more. Don't get it. Find something that is fair to you.

I've used this several times with the same business and it was easy and flawless. Shears & Brushes in Summerville, SC. I am going to try it with another business. I hope it is just as good. I will update.

DO NOT GET GENBOOK! Worst app ever. Doesn't know yours or your staff's availability. Doesn't show list of services. Is anyone at Gen book aware they are building a scheduling app? Forced to go online to schedule.

Don't understand why only some business actually open through the app and others don't. This app is terrible.

Philippa does amazing work. I had one 90 minute session and I already see a difference in my body; my arms, legs, and ankles have less water build up as the day progresses. I feel so much lighter.

This app is horrible. It glitches all the time. It stops responding every time I make an appointment. It routinely glitches during bookings and freezes an appointment time making that time unbookable. The glitches don't just affect the customer either, they affect the whole booking system and the business can see that appointments are frozen. I don't use this app because I want to. I only use it because my salon uses it and I have no choice if I want to book an appointment.

This app is ridiculously glitchy and stops responding for a few seconds every time I switch to a different function or input. The ONLY thing it did well was adding my appointment to my calendar.

Makes making an appointment very easy. I love being able to do it when I think about it, not necessarily when the office is open.

Great, easy UI and incredibly smooth. Helps me keep my spikes sharpened with my barber... no muss/fuss/huss.
