I just cannot seem to complete video it is just a black i do love your company and have told lits of people about rocks and of course the about the jewell maker toooo

I get as far as choosing about what want to talk about then it does nothing it just stays there and the start button is visible . HELP!

I have to be a good girl! My man and friends are going to be a little bit mad at me for calling. Now I am going to have a quiet place to live in the morning and I will have a secret!!! It didn't matter when I went to the basement and the girl who is announcing the things says that "Michelle from Illinois got hers!" He has a great time listening and I'm not going to have a home for long!

I've tried a few times on different devices and it still says uploading but it never does also tried via wifi and data

It doesn't open to anything, all I see is a black screen??

Downloaded, cleared Google play cache and downloaded again, still won't do anything! Get nothing but a static screen that doesn't react to any touch.

I've made 3 enjoyed making them love to talk about jewelry and your companies. Disappointed that you didn't follow through with your end. On calling the HELP team,at first she had never heard of such a thing. And I have gone back and read everything and sure can't find what she told me. Love your Company and am just so,so disappointed.

True downloading several times and got an error message of I believe 961. Not happy.
