What just in a car accident recent and Geico just into action immediately with no hesitation. They even called the next day day to checked up on my daughter and told me don't worry about anything they will handle everything. I never had a insurance company to tell me that or do any of the things that they are doing. They definitely have a client for life.

Very Convenient. It's 2018 and let's be honest, we do everything with our phones nowadays. Geico makes it simple to manage insurance, file a claim, get a new windshield, call for help. This app is great. Easy format to deal with everything. Plus I don't have to print out and carry an insurance card anymore. I just pull up the app and show it right on my phone. Recommended for people with Gieco.

Tried to add a vehicle to my policy, went through all of the steps but the app got stuck at the final stage of this process. I ended up calling customer service and doing it over the phone. The app disappointed me for the first time.

It's helpful to have my ID card on hand. But there's no point in using the app to pay when I'm able to log in, pay and log out from a desktop all while the app keeps spinning trying to log me in.

This app makes it super easy to postpone a payment, file a claim. Dad and I hit a deer a couple years ago and we had to pull over to survey the damage. I snapped a few pics witn my phone and filed the claim right there. In just a lite under a week after that we had the car back fixed good as new. If you have Geico insurance this app is a must!

this app is super easy to use. I can pay my bills and pull up any of melt info really quick. I was also in an accident last year and the way the app is set up it's easy to contact an agent and also take pictures of the scene.

I literally hate using this app. Everytime I log in, I have to reset my password. I check "Remember Me" Every. Single. Time. It never does. I have taken screenshots of what I reset my password to the last 5 times I've had to do it so that I KNOW I'm putting in the right thing. Still tells me it's wrong and I have to reset it once again TO THE SAME EXACT THING. My review from 2 years ago said almost this exact same thing. Since yall "smart" people can't figure it out, I'll use the website.

I love this app!! Geico did a great job with letting you get whatever you need done right on the app. Postpone a payment, road side assistance, any documents you need. I absolutely love it nothing but good things to say!

This app was great, now nothing ever loads. I'm ten feet away from the router with my phone connected to that specific wifi network and even then it fails

Today will be the very first time I've ever had an insurance company's representative work that diligently with me to rectify a personal account situation. GEICO will have to make me leave,Thank you very much Chris for your expertise. Promote!

Sometimes I just want to talk to a real person.. and a button to do that on the app is difficult to find. But app functions well and when I do talk to a human being they are very informative

I needed assistance tonight (Saturday) at 11:30pm after locking my only set of keys in my truck. My niece came to try with a coat hanger which was unsuccessful, when I thought about my Geico policy Road side assistance. The gentleman who answered my call was professional, he made sure I was in a safe location and promptly sent the Towing Company out, they had a 1 hour window that they said he would arrive in. Within less then 5 minutes of hanging up with tge geico agent the servoce provider called to let me know ge was just down the road and would be arriving within 5 minutes. He came and had my truck opened and my keys in hand quickly and professionally! I am so very thankful for this service and couldn't be more satisfied with the dedication and professionalism that both men I spoke with had. Not to mention their concern for my safety. Thank you so much, I highly recommend Geico's road side assistance policy, if you dont have it you definitely need it, this is the first and only time I have had to use it and it was worth every penny we have spent in it, just with the piece of mind if something happens they are right there to help! Thank you again!!

I've had this app for over a year and let me say this app is life!! When it comes down to paying your bill and or for proof of insurance! I love how easy it is being insured by Geico!

I downloaded this for proof of insurance cards. Didn't know i could change payment options. So I did and thumbs up!

Getting pretty good, I'm forced to add stars LoL.... I like the ability to bring up multiple policies & proof of auto insurance when that paper copy finds its way behind your glove compartment. Also the incident recording feature to collect information at the time/scene of an accident is pretty handy. Especially for a teenager or other un experienced driver that may not know exactly what to ask for or who's information to get under stress or injury! It adds policy info with pictures & comments, etc with all the details of drivers, passengers, property owners & all the usual info. Then creates a nice comprehensive claim style document that you can save/file, email to someone & of course email/file the claim with Geico. Pretty slick. SUGGESTIONS - I would like to see the ability to use the devices Camera to take quick pictures of ID's & other insurance cards. Also an audio recording for taking statements or personal notes while something is "fresh" on your mind would be a great addition for later claim review.

It's a great app! Easy UI. Everything at your fingertips and very easy to find/navigate anything you are looking for. Even lets you postpone a payment a few days, just in case payday is a few days later, etc. Best insurance app!

This would be the perfect app if it didn't take soon long to load. I went back to using my desktop. Ugh!!

Love! I'm able to access my documents easily, make payments & get in touch with roadside service etc. Haven't had any issues yet. Definitely is a useful app.

It works for what it is, if i have to pay 150 a month for nothing, i better have a pretty app to play with i guess. We'll see how useful this app is in an emergency?

Cannot make changes within the app! Multibillion dollar company that cannot get a proper app for customers! Sad!

I am a very dissapointed customer ,have been with them for more than a decade, never been involved in a car accident or received a ticket. Recently got my parked vehicle damaged by a moving truck,had me spent $ 500 deductible (I was promised a refund),they repaired my car,got the repair money from the at fault driver's insurance. Now they're telling me,the other driver's insurance is responsible to refund me the deductible, gave me the number to call them(a fax number),this is so wrong at so many levels,I pay you every month for more than a decade and this is how you treat a long time good driver and customer.Chances are you are about to lose me to a competitor.

Quick and easy. Added a vehicle within minutes and received faxed confirmation in less than 10 minutes. Love that I can postpone payments and update coverage thru the app

Why this app sucks...easy. This app offers you the ability yo select coverages after your policy is in force. Unfortunately it's a waste of your time because any changes you make are subject to approval. So waste your time changing coverages, then waste more time signing documents for these changes, and then after all that, get some lame email from the internet team saying sorry can't make those changes. As a former insurance agent, if I sent that kind of form email yo my customer after doing all that work and wasting their time, I would expect an angry call or for that person to start shopping for a new carrier. Bottom line save your time, you need ANYTHING from these folks pick up the phone and call because this app looks real pretty, but when the rubber meets the road dealing with a HUMAN will save you time and aggravation, and remember if your still as unhappy as I am right now, SHOP AROUND FOR A BETTER RATE

I read reviews about the Geico branch office in Pearland. So, I went to see for myself, the agents Jonathan Reed, Bridget Caletka and the whole staff are AWESOME!! I got my quotes, policy discounts, and everything was activated so fast, it was unbelievable!! This office is Top rated in my book, their professionalism, expert advise, and SUPER DUPER "can do" attitude is unmatchable!! Absolutely love them!!

It was easy to use I can pull up my insurance cards easily and make payments easily and postpone a payment if I want, this app has never failed me I love it

i can not see the coverage cost for each vehicle , if you could add it , it would be better.

I have a pixel 2 and it doesn't go past the Retrieving Your Information screen. I needed the app for the ID cards but it's useless! Will re-review if they fix this app breaking bug.

I want to know why my insurance keeps going up and up it's crazy I have payed on time and never late but it's higher this month crazy and how do I contact them to ask why

I THINK GIECO IS GREAT I TRYED A COUPLE OF COMPANIES AND THEY CAME THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS W/ PRICE AND QUALITY,AN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ????!!

How can I be asked to rely on this when it is so extremely slow to open?

GEICO dropped me after I was involved in an accident that was -/not/ my fault- after only being with them for a few weeks, because they have up to 60 days to review to keep me. But the fact I was injured and the state requires they pay 10k towards hospital bills, they didn't like that so soon. They say I am accident prone, and that's just a risk they can't take.

The only thing I am missing is that the app does not support an SD card.

It's nice and easy to use but I wish it didn't have to take so long to load.. I'll give 5 star when it gets faster ????
