in.touch 2 for Android
I see my spa see it's connected I have a decent connection to it, but then I try to select it the page refreshes and shows no connection for about two seconds. Both transmitters have blue light meaning they're fully functional but no luck. This problem happens on all of my family devices.
The had to move the receiver within 5 foot of the tub to get it to work. The app should have some way to alert your phone if the tempature drops below a certain temperature. My last tub froze over a cold week while we were on vacation, a $9000 mistake I do not want to have again. Please update this app.
I would like the ability to control my spa pumps remotely like it was possible with the previous in.touch version. The old app is apparently not compatible with the new in.touch 2.
Once into app it says that there is a firmware update. When I click on update it says initializing but never runs the update. Click quit and goes back to opening screen. Therefore unable to use and wholly useless
The connection is easy to setup. The dev team was quick to reply to my previous review. The next version will likely include the ability to control the pumps. Great!
Plug&play! Since my RF signal is up to 50% I never had any problem! Thanks Gecko for this awesome app!

The in.touch2 hardware works great. Plug and play. No issues...although I have to admit I'm a bit mystified how it works over the internet. No log in. No obvious security. It just works. The Android app on the other hand is barely a beta release. It works ok but needs A LOT of work. The iOS version is Spartan. The Android version is below bare bones. I do appreciate the effort but I look forward to the next release. Update on May 2nd...New Android release brings it to par with iOS. I like the reminders section and it is fun to be able to toggle the light although minimally useful. I'd love to see +/- buttons for the temp control in addition to the slider. It would just make that piece a bit more user friendly. Overall a nice update. Thanks!
