It is a bit slow but okay once you zoom into an area. It has 2 modes I prefer the plain looking charts. Also has Active Captain offline ☺. Not fancy but it give your GPS position on a chart not bad for $7

This electronic map helps users a lot in real life because of its useful functions with high acurracy. I have try this app and found it really powerful and flexible. I use it not only for entertainment but also for work, it is useful too. Beside, user interface is easy to use for non-professional users, they can explore this app effectively. I hope that this app can be developed more in future.

I downloaded the Canadian Charts and initially it opened and gave me the area requested. Can not seem to do much more than look at the charts. Did not see most of the buoys that mark the channel. A major lighthouse (Red) was shown on the chart as Green. Today when I tried to open it I got a message that it had ceased to function. And, now it will not open at all. If this product is to be useful it must be idiot proof (solve the technical issues) and must have the confidence of the user to be of use, Definitely not there yet!

This app is nice. It helps the fishermen could use their phones to use a convenient map. Based on the map they can see the location of all fishermen. It is useful for fishermen when faced disaster. Logical interface and easy to use. I think the developers have made a very good app.

I wanted to like this as it is the only Android charting app that I know of for Canada that shows Active Captain submissions. It does that OK, but everything else about this app is poor. It takes forever to load, crashes frequently. Its UI design is 1970s and clutters the map with huge, garish, non-standard symbols. Ok for checking Active Captain spots until something better comes along.
