TruVision TVRmobile (Phone) for Android
This app works good. Not sure why there is an HD version to this app which is not updated and crashes every time I try to use. This app works fine and fairly easy to use. I work for Hart Alarm Systems Inc. who is an authorized GE, Interlogix and UTC dealer.
This app is ridiculous, we utilize this for work purposes and rely on it in many situations. Unfortunately, this app crashes periodically and sometimes will have a blank screen when viewing playback that shows a loading arrow circling. Aside from this, we lose "connection" when viewing a live feed on many instances too. From the looks of some of the other comments, it is pointless to attempt to get any amount of customer service from this business, I would recommend going with a different system.
Garbage. All I get is error code 97!!

This app doesn't work well. It's of an on and I'm unable to resolve the issue with Tru Vision. Finally spoke to a tech and was told there's nothing he can do as there's a libility issue. Stated I must go through a tech that installed the equipment. I attempted to explain that's not cost effective when it's a problem with there app/equipment. Told him about the bad reviews, he stated, that's fine, have a good day and hung up. He was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this company.
Just got this security system. Works on gfs i phone but doest work on my new Samsung. Very upset about this since it was the main reason for getting the damn security system. Just going to return everything if they dont have the resources to get the advertised app working.
Looks good but would love an update and also push notifications would be fantastic. thanks.
Works great. I have a camera setup as a baby monitor and another on my front door. Loads fast looks great.

Since update, my devices were deleted. When I try to reconnect, it says connection issue. Called customer service and they can't help me. I have to call the company that installed cameras and have THEM contact customer support. They already told me to contact truvision because it's a problem with the app. So I'm getting the runaround from both sides. Meanwhile, we can't even see the cameras and we know people are stealing! We can't prove anything....
I updated to the new software and now Sally's device not supported...worked fine before the update....ugh now I need a new app
This is the worst, most frustrating app on the freaking history of apps! Updates delete your cameras and you constantly have to re-add your cameras. The system is NOT intuitive. It's difficult to know and recall what the stupid icons means because ... yes, not intuitive. Ridiculous.
Works well on mobile and wifi. Only draw back is its deleted my sites after an update and have to add all again
I've tried this app on multiple devices. Works with iPhones, however android are hit and miss. Sony, Samsung, Motorola owner.
Deleted all my cameras and constantly kicks me off. Thumbs down.

I will not update this app. There is no good reason why it needs so many permissions. I will not let it take over my phone.
Last update has killed config, requested a lot of new permissions and finally cannot save camera config, so it just doesn't work and does not show anything.
Did not save any DVRs when upgrading from previous version and set me back to a clean slate.

Works well, as good as any cctv app I've used.
It's look like a hikvision software
The picture isn't clear. My child is in daycare and I can't make out which kid is him unless I notice the clothing which is easily confuses sometimes. Can't make out a face or anything else.

Critical to update to the latest DVR FW before installing. Interlogix has downloads of Ver 2.7. Then reboot and connected, 1st time.

Worked great untill I tried to set up a second dvr and get network failed.
I can't believe how such a big company can make such a poor attempt at making an app. No, really. Nothing on the screen is where it should be, or its obscured by something else that also shouldn't be there. I didn't even bother trying to set it up, it was that poorly layed out. UNINSTALLED.
Image quality is poor, functionality is limited to viewing one camera at a time, that's it. Why no access to recorder? Why no multi camera view? Why no resolution selection?
Pretty good, I can now watch my cameras around my house in my phone. Set up is easy. It might need a little polishing but I can't complain.
Very poorly designed, must select which cameras to view every time you the app. Video quality is horrible
What does "channel no fail" mean? Without a reference guide, I can't use the app. Hourly they offer some support in the future.

This app COULD be amazing. It needs to integrate with the Truvision Navigator VMS. At a minimum it needs to be able to import the Truvision addressbook. Entering NVRs and Credentials for all 100 (we actually have over 115) recorders onto EVERY device trying to access feeds is tedious and prevents implementation. I have provided this feedback to UTC Interlogix executives over a year ago and am still awaiting resolution.
