About Taskbar task switcher

Just slide your taskbar and tap on previous task you were doing to get back to it immediately. Additional (optional) "return to desktop" button - you can do everything without pressing the home button. Half a second. Simple yet powerful.

If you'd like to have horizontal buttons instead of separate notifications for each try my another application: Fast5 Task Switcher (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gdroid.fastfive&feature=more_from_developer#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwMiwiY29tLmdkcm9pZC5mYXN0Zml2ZSJd)!

Really gud app few suggestions though...1.Give option to remove dots from notification bar 2.need small icons for better management

I like how it let's you customize.

This app only worked long enough to revise the notification bar and show the desktop once. When I tried to use an app it froze the entire system up, then caused the phone to shut down and reboot itself. I uninstalled the app before further damage happened.

W70%
by W####:

Just needs a swipe to close/kill recent apps.

Y70%
by Y####:

But my phone already does something similar by default. Still good for those phones that don't have an app history in the notification window

Y70%
by Y####:

Makes switching between running apps so simple and much easier than any other method I've found. Great work!

Do not works

Y70%

espacially for Androidversion

O70%

Seems to turn on my GPS and keep it "searching" for satellites. No reason for it activating the GPS, makes it a battery killer. Would rate it much higher if it weren't for that, makes me a bit suspicious why it's accessing the GPS.

G70%
by G####:

Nice concept but 20% battery use while phone is not in use was not acceptable. Uninstalling.

Y70%
by Y####:

Really good app.If you don't want notifications or the logo in the notifications screen then just exclude taskbar switcher in the list. That option pushes this into the 5 star range

M70%
by M####:

Runs fine on my AT&T SGSII. Uninstalling anyway. Like the concept but having everything in the task bar ends up being more annoying and cluttered than useful.

E70%
by E####:

The app works well. Two things that need to be changed to make it perfect are - the icon in the left corner with the red number showing the amount of apps is unnecessary and it's similar to sms/email/messenger apps unread or new message count. Also when switching from time to time it goes through the list of running apps and it takes too long while taking up the entire notification bar...unnecessary.

Y70%
by Y####:

This app works great on the Droid 2 and the Motorola Xoom. It also doesn't kill either of my devices faster, and it doesn't have high CPU usage on either of my devices.

Y70%
by Y####:

My only problem is it still shows running apps after they are killed and still shows them after the task switcher is killed.

G70%
by G####:

Kills my Tab, useless shortucts I cant exclude, high CPU usage, crashes every other minute.. dude this is below alpha!.. come on, go doUR homework!:-P

F70%
by F####:

Great idea, pretty good implementation, but constantly using more than 10% CPU on both bionic and xoom. Uninstall for now.

Y70%
by Y####:

Needs an option to get rid of the dots in the status bar, which just aren't necessary.

H70%
by H####:

Great concept & start, but I agree with other reviewers - the dots need to go. Looking forward to seeing where this goes though.

Q70%
by Q####:

It's good for stock roms but custom rooms already have this and they do it better. Also unnecessary for ICS. Some improvements needed, like a notif tray that scrolls left-right between the opened tasks and notifications. Please get rid of the dots.

I'm not gonna use this app cause I have Galaxy Nexus but any other phone should download very useful Lol this would be perfect for iphone Galaxy Nexus does same thing

Y70%
by Y####:

I would rate it a 5 if it didn't take up any space in the notification area. I know it's there and I don't need to be reminded of it all the time. Maybe the reminder can be optional to be set up in the options page.

The apps stay there even when they're turned off. Please add a way to remove the unnecessary apps. Also, messaging and other preinstalled apps don't show up. Please fix :)

Installed 2 days ago. What would make it perfect and a definite 5* app, would be to fully control all running apps out of the dropdown menu. I'd like to choose if I want to close/exit specific apps or leave them running. It can't be too hard to include a button like that. Additionally it would not hurt users that don't want the option. Anyway big "THANKS" to the developpers...

This app is almost perfect it's just needs a fix. When I clear something out of my recent apps I wish the app would dissappear from my notification bar

P70%
by P####:

I like specially the small memory footprint. Task switcher is an important app but should be as small as possible so any other "real apps" wouldn't need to be stopped when task switcher is visited. There is empy space available on the lines (depends of course on the screen width resolution of a device). There could be the amount of (resident) RAM the running app is using. On the recent apps which aren't running, the line could show with some colored dots if the app is in stopped state or in killed state.

C70%

Good, but better was if only had 1 row with apps and scroll left and right.

Used to use smart task bar. Hopefully there are still improvements. Thanks

It kept force stopping on my s3 and doesn't show all the app, and even worse on the note 2 it force stop every few seconds!!

Facebook and Flipboard apps are not multitasking. They would reopen as a new app every time I select it from the notification menu. Need update!

Seems to work great.

C70%

Simple...and Does not trouble...works effortlessly....

C70%
by C####:

Needs a way to remove unnecessary apps easily with a close button, or swiping it off the list. Also, messaging, phone, and other pre-installed apps dont show up, and need to, otherwise this app is only 50% convenient. Please fix.

I use this on my Kindle Fire with Go Launcher EX, and I finally have the functionality I need. Without it, there's no easy way to change from one running application to another, and how there is! I had missed this functionality with my android Smartphone (a rooted HTC Inspire). With a Kindle Fire, I can now switch from one app to another without going to the Home screen first. Thank you!

Very annoying grey background on notifications that doesn't look good on ics. App works well, but seems a little unstable. Good take on multitasking.
