Consistent login issues. App is not in real time sync with the true up to date data. So not sure how can it give the actual usage reading?
Won't open most of the time. Keeps saying error. Plus GCI likes to rip people off by changing plans without informing people.
This app will not let me login, even after going in to my account and changing my password. Just keeps telling me "unable to authenticate user"
It worked about a week ago & now it can't/won't authenticate my account before I even input anything in the login & password.
Cant log in to the app, can't log in to the website so i can't check usage. This ISP obviously doesn't even care.
Don't waste your time, it doesn't work, won't even log in. Just look at your info online, not here.

Why do you have to do 1k updates after downloading from app store. Just post the latest software so you don't eat up all my bandwidth!
When I had the Samsung S5 the GCI app worked fine. Now that I have the S6 I can't even download the GCI app. Tech support walked me through all the corrections to reset but nothing. Hey GCI fix your app!
Running total amount (upload plus download) does not match actual total amount used. GCI cannot explain why or even how their metering process works.
Works fine on all.

You would think with how much they invested into cell phones they would have an app that works

This app gets me so aggravated, it doesn't even log me in! I've created 2 accounts just trying to check my usage, and it always says "could not authenticate your credentials at this time". This app is a POS!!

I've had no issues logging in and viewing my usage. I was told that the running total is updated as often as every 30 minutes which is why it will differentiate from daily total as the daily total doesn't update as quickly. If you have issues logging in I'd contact customer service or technical support for help with your login info.
It would be cool if it showed us how much our bill is.
Seconds to install, signed in right away, was able to immediately view my usage, even told me how many days left in my billing cycle. Pleasantly designed app that just works.
It doesn't work. It stops before it finishes loading the information. Please fix this as I share with my family and I can't always get to my computer to check it.

Recent has stopped showing me any information. What else would you expect from the company that limits your data?

Wow, this app is about as useless as grinding your own testicles in a blender. My dad caught me trying to check my data usage with this MyUsage GCI app, and beat with his jumper cables.
