DashSearch is an extension for DashClock Widget.
Displays a shortcut that activates Voice Search. This is good for LockScreen use.
This extension can also be configured as a Google Now shortcut as well.
Important: *Voice Search has to be set as your long-press search button action.*

It will open and display what I said but the search will freeze. Regular voice search from home screen and Google Now work. Only this extension does not work. I am running the 4.4.2 on my N5.

It's laggy, not smooth when opening. Or fast. Believe it or not it's faster to swipe for Google now and then press for voice. Good concept though.
