No support for Indian foods :(
Thanks
For several years now, HealthWatch 360 has been one of the most comprehensive food trackers in terms of nutrition (which is what REALLY matters for health). While other popular trackers continue to only highlight basic macronutrients that one finds in food labels (protein, fat, carbs...), HealthWatch 360 gets detailed with over 30 nutrients. With this new version 2.0, it now looks better than ever (upload your own avatar pic!), and includes 2 new features called HealthWatch Goals and Personalized Nutrition.
My 5 year old doughter was just released from childrens hospital for renal failer so shes on a strict potassium diet so I looked up potassium levels in chicken nuggets from McDonald's and your app says 0mg. I did more research and found out 4 chicken nuggets from mcdonalds actually has 161mg of potassium and that was the very first thing I look up on this app and it was so wrong I bet there are thousands of other foods just like this on here so buyer beware this could really mess someone up
This is a great app. It is well integrated and easy to use. I chose it because it has a full list of nutrients. When I exercise more, the calories go up so I can eat more. The trackers help me track my migraines and anything that may cause them. If I am low on a nutrient it makes good suggestions for foods to eat. The only drawback is that nothing is available offline. It is so good, I kept it anyway, but the ability to enter food, with reports, but no trends, would be useful for travel. Photos with notes aren't enough. It could be a separate app. I have one question. Why isn't there a warning for low niacin and low vitamin e? Is it not really possible to eat all your nutrients in one day and have low calories? Couldn't this lead to deficiencies in the long term?
I think it's a very helpful and useful app. Unfortunately, it also makes me realize how terribly I eat lol
This has helped me monitor my nutrients as I switch to a vegan diet. It's barcode scanner is really good but the generic foods in there have a lot of information already. I would recommend that you buy a small food scale to weigh your food to make sure you are eating the serving suggestion.
Update 1.3 - the summaries all read zero after entries - summary date is 4 months ago?? Summary Does not recognize entries...
Not easy to use AT ALL.
Read the T&Cs very carefully. This app is about collecting your personal and health data for research. You as a user do not have the option to download or export and use your own data or even keep it!
More feature loaded than any other program I have tried (and I have tried most). I especially like the ability to link it to 23andme. And best of all I haven't found a paywall yet! (It's all free!) They do have some issues, but support seems pretty on top of it. Rome wasn't built in a day.

For me, this is almost the perfect app! I have to monitor my potassium intake.. So this works perfectly. Also I love how I get detailed information on all the foods I eat. The only weakness, when I scan some products, there is no database match. Also, it would be wonderful to have "water intake", since fluid is such an important part of diet. I currently use another app for that. The layout is superb, almost no learning curve! This is the type of app, I would gladly pay for.. It is THAT GOOD.
Took me awhile to figure out the e interface and even longer to enter all my information. That would have been worth it if after all of that I wouldn't have gotten the error message to check my Internet connection.... (My connection is fine)and the app wouldn't work. What a waste, very dissappointing.
This app has some problems. I did all the set up and put in all my info. This took me quite awhile. Some of the sections were glitchy e.g., the search feature in the food section didn't recognize some very basic items, and the trending areas would give error "no data entered" after I input all of the information. But the most frustrating problem is that I now cant log in because a message says I have no Internet connection. This app is a great idea but has many issues. Please fix and I will update review.
Great job on integrating the different areas of health into an application that's easy to read and easy to log. This is great.
I had this app in my old phone now I gotta have it in my new one . love this app. Thank you
I like the breakdown of the nutrients. And the exercise and other health tracker information all in one app. I do have a few wish list items 1) tracking of water intake 2) marking by Health 360 of what foods info is "verified"... Some user entered foods are missing information or is way off 3) ability to edit recipes from app.
I found the potassium, cholesterol, and Total fat that I input didn't add correctly or it put a different amount than I do. Example: I put 170 for Acticia potassium the apps put 5950. I did 3 time. For cholesterol it read in summary 278 when I counted it should be 45?
Its a nice app, I like the fact that you can see nutrients and micro nutrients of each for and/or recipes. It would be great if one can modify or delete information and recipes entered. So one can adjust the recipes to get Smiley's instead of red faces where needed.

It looks good but too complicated for me to understand
Really like this app, especially how I can track a real range of nutrients.
I was looking for an app to monitor my Calcium intake. This app not only shows my daily calcium but all the nutrients. Put in any health concern like "bone health" and it will suggest foods. Set up your personal profile with weight, height and whether you want to stay the same, gain or lose and it will calculate your suggested calorie intake. Put in your exercise and it calculates calories burned so you know how much more you can eat that day. Great customer support, Christina got back to me right away!
I love this app! I have one suggestion to the developer, that is to be able to modify manually-entered foods. Otherwise, great app!
Database is weighted with restaurant fast food, not enough home-cooked options. Some incorrect calorie and nutrition data. Helped me lose 15 pounds though.
I love this app because it gives me a complete nutrition guide. I need to watch my calcium intake and it works great!
Lost 3 weeks of data but not who I am. Can't trust it
Still having no internet connection pop-up..sitting right next to my wi-fi..sometimes it won't connect..sometimes it loads a long time. Love the breakdown on nutrition info.
Helped to keep track of sodium & potassium intake for a friend that had to watch their level.
nice app
Love it!
Worked great, I was excited and then after 4 days of "programing" the app...."please check your internet connection or try again". Nothing. Will not open. Wasted hours entering my information and NOTHING! Tried rebooting my LG G3. Turned off Wifi. will not connect through Wifi or 4G....again. NOTHING! Just a spinning wheel. App will not even open without connecting to the Web. So if you are anywhere that there is not a strong Internet connection the app will NOT work at all. In my case I have a super strong connection and NOTHING!
So I tried it for one day, and while I really liked all the nutrition information, after the third "do not recognize" scanning response to the bar codes of the various foods that I was trying to enter into the food log, I gave up. I didn't have this issue with MyFitnessPal, or at least not to this extent. The program didn't recognize foods and vitamins that I bought at Costco. What's up with that?
Except when it doesn't work. Can it be changed to work offline? Worst issue is it errors out when I look at nutrition of food item when adding to what have eaten. I like that it uses Usda database, and that when working ( both not saying i don't have internet & crashing as noted above) it is easy to use. * 6-12-15 app has been fixed & nutrition portion works great, thanks
This program will get 2 more stars if and when I could sync it on my android with fit bit just like iphone
Why does this app need access to my contacts?

Good app...and a suggestion... It would be great to see the nutional breakdown for the individual foods as well as the whole day...that way if it doesn't have high enough to help you boost a certain nutriment you can NOT eat that food that time and add a different food intead. Also would be better not to have to push the arrow to see...better if available o same page please?
