I love this app because the instructions are the best. I'm pretty new to kettlebells nd ok i'm not quite up to the 300 challenge yet but today i hit my own 200 challenge using this. Its up up up from here
Completed easily in 13 minutes using a 16kg kettlebell after a weight session. Perfect for a quick cardio blast. Would get 5 stars if there were additional workouts and some progression options. Very well designed and easy to use

I do bodypump and other gym classes and yoga for variation but when pushed for time and want to be confident I'm hitting all muscles this beats them all.
Great emphasis on form; not for beginners or rehabilitation
Awesome app but would be good if there would be more exercises included like Turkish getups, windmill,goblin squats

The app is very good and simple just pace yourself and do little by little before you try to reach the challenge
The clear and concise demo vids are the best part of this app...especially for beginners. But once you finish the challenge (which I could do easily on first attempt), there's really nowhere else to go.
It is only one routine.
I've been using my 35lb kettlebell for about 10 months now and this looked like a good challenge and indeed it is! Excellent detail given to proper form. I am on my 4th time doing the challenge and my time has gone from over 33 minutes for the 300 reps to 29 minutes. My only suggestion it's that it kept track of my progress over time on a graph or something so I could see my progress.
Has video directions on how to properly do the exercises. It's definitely a challenge. Worth it especially since its free

Concise easy to follow videos, great instructions, very motivating.
Good app but uses too much space
The description of the exercises is very good and gets 2 stars. The actual work out is just continuous reps of 50 with no break. There is nothing to motivate you. There is a timer but no limit to challenge yourself against.
Have been using it for years. Very well done, clear instructions, easy to configure.
Great instructions on how to do the moves safely. Good for all levels. Im new to kettlebells and can't manage all the reps yet but it's motivating to be able to do more next time or work up to the next weight. Fab app!

I wish it had a built in tracker so you could remember finish times and weights used... Other than that its a very challenging workout!
