500 Bodyweight Challenge for Android
This looks really promising, and i was looking forward to trying it out, however, none of the videos play so i cannot learn the excercise or carry it out :(

Great App
Simply put, it works! This is not easy, but also not so difficult that you'll want to give up. For absolute beginners remember to go at your own pace and you'll find your pace increasing each week. Best thing is that it doesn't count reps but instead it's time-based. Stick with it and I guarantee you'll see progress. I'm using a Samsung Tab S and all videos play with no issues. The app is easy to use Greg explains it all so well...I applaud him! Good luck.
I do bodypump and other gym classes and yoga for variation but when pushed for time and want to be confident I'm hitting all muscles this beats them all. If only I could bring myself to do this everyday...
Really like the tutorials to show me a safe effective way to execute the moves.

This app is simple, to the point, clutter free and the videos explain very well the excersices, with easier variations for begginers. Regardless of your level this excersices will hit you hard. I would appreciate if there was an excersice index for when you want to reference a specific excersice, but the app is stilk great

I love this app. It gives great instruction, and offers options for beginners to ensure no matter what your experience level or physical capability, it's done correctly. It has some awesome basic exercises that engage your whole body. Being able to time yourself allows you to push yourself at your own comfort level. Perfect for trimming down and toning up.
This is the 1st review I have ever written. So let me keep it brief. This app is very simple, very easy to maneuver. You can learn the exercises via visually and for someone like me, it really helps. Haven't done any challenges yet, but we'll see if they can keep this 5*

I have done the challenge though I cannot yet manage to do 50 reps without taking breaks. I think it is another great set of exercises from Greg. He never disappoints!
Initially when I installed the app, the videos weren't playing as experienced by others who have complained. Moved the app to phone and the videos started working!! Time to take the challenge!
