Elegant Weather Widget Theme

I get a message saying that i have already purchase the item, and yes i did the problem is that is not letting me select it as widget it keeps saying that message over and over please fix it, I am doing this in the galaxy s5

Now I cannot use it. Same error as other people complain about where it says I don't need to purchase it again but the system won't let me choose it. Developer is useless and does not respond to emails. Moving on to other launchers.

Would be perfect if i could open my clock from it. It seems that the link for that does not work for my Samsung galaxy s2. It would also be nice to have more control over the color schemes. Otherwise a beautiful and useful widget.
