When u download it and press apply he ask u to buy or get it by points waste of time dont download it and for the tech support just put a comment that it will ask to buy or get by points baaaad move

You install it. But when you apply it and only then : "[...] is not free". Put that on the store not to waste the download of those who can't afford to spend too much on apps.
