Paleo Diet Plan

Would have gotten a 5 if ratinng message had given me at least a month before popping up every time I opened the app. Does have great easy recipies!

I would like to have had more recipes on each selection. But the dishes look tasty. Ok now it's getting annoying every time I back out of the app it asks me if I like it. I thought that if I just rated it it would stop asking me but it didn't. So stupid!

Love this app, but the reason I gave 3 stars is because it asks me to leave a rating every time I back out of it. It has become very annoying!

its annoying dat it's sort of forcing to rate the app , pop up coming continuously. I just started using the app only , and this thing is coming up. disturbing.!! otherwise I guess its a good app. din't get time to analyse whether this app is good or not bcoz of the pop-up asking for rating :/

Its funny that you get -2 stars because of the annoying question " do yoy like our app, give ua 5 star"? popping all the time. Do a good app and you'll get 5 stars before you know it

I barely finished reading the first page and it sent me to rate it. That needs changed people should rate because they want to not feel forced and just mins after installing

Very straight forward and east to navigate. It gives alot of the basic information without going into minute detail like some of the books. I like how it recognizes that there has to be some flexibility.

So far it has been very easy to navigate through the different sections of the program. It is very easy to read and understand. The recipes are straight forward and easy to make, even if you aren't really a cook.

Really not impressed with being forced to rate an app after the first page, if not rated then not allowed to proceed any further and app shuts down! Appalling! UNINSTALLED!!

Due to health reasons , I have to change my diet. This is going to be my live it diet. I need guide lines and this is a great start.

I'm trying the Paleo Diet due to my provider's suggestion since she had just gotten back from a seminar on women's health that she claimed 'opened her eyes to why all women should be on this after a certain age'.

Very nice easy to use interface. Lots of good information on the Paleo eating plan. Would have given five stars if there were more recipes.

Annoying..the app forces you too rate Everytime..the app seems to be a link for a website.. however, it serves the needs

Use it when I'm grocery shopping when l need to remember items needed. Also use it for planning weekly meals :-):-)

Very clear descriptions, useful and quick recipes, and general advice and theory behind the diet, highly recommended!

Tremendously benefitial to our bodies and souls...a very through knowledge of the whole human concept.....very easy to follow and detailed recipes.... I will definitely recommended it to everybody.... I have lost 14 lbs in a healthy way, and I feel FANTASTIC!!!!!....A million of thanks to all of your team....keep up the excellent work!!!!!

Ok, definitely too soon to tell. Looks like it may be a wonderful app, but I didn't get a chance to try it out before it started insisting that I give it give stars.

Easy to understand and follow. Great menu ideas but the pop up ads are annoying.

It appears to just link to website pages. But still, convenient!
