After reading the reviews I felt the service would be disastrous. However, it was really really good with delivery before time, excellent package tracking here and a call received by the courier boy asking if it was a good time to deliver the package.. liked the service. Also, Gati replying to all feedback including negative ones was a welcome change. Kudos!

I am really frustrated from Gati's service. Called customer care many many times to know about the issue but they were clueless. They don't have manners to talk to a customer. They provided some contact numbers, stating that the concerned person will help, but they were unreachable. I never expected Gati to be so bad and irresponsible. Docket number: 449926027. I should have read the comments before booking.

Gati returned my parcel from Amazon, saying customer refused to accept. When infact all orders were prepaid. They never came to me. Not even i was called. And this happened for 4 parcels. Gati is worst. I swear not to take any services from gati in future and recommend the same to my friends. People working in gati are cheaters.

Any one don't called me . then how to update the status for. Customer request delivered another one day.. this not good for your ... company.. pls.. this is very important article coming from me. Already your take it 7 days. Above 3 days before my shipment comes in My home city. But still now not delivered. and your staff automatically update the status.. and update the My destination also wrong my address is Madurai Airport But he is update for another one place for ago here to 10km pls do need full. .

Slow as hell. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received my package. Even the estimated delivery date was 13th October which is long gone. When I track it, the package is seen to be having a national tour. And I still don't know when I'll get it. Probably when I won't need it any longer?

Amazon provided me a tracking no and they suggested me to download the app to track my package details. I did it. When I put my docket no, which shows "check the docket no". What's the wrong and hell with that?. I just lost 7MB of my data. Make sure the details of customer after you checking first.

Worst Service! If you ever order a stuff through Amazon,Make sure it's not coming through Gati Services. Even "India Post" does a much better job than these Gati courier. Gati is soo irresponsible. I had order a book through Amazon. They delayed it,and they itself returned it to the seller without attempting to deliver the product. NEVER TRUST THEM!

There is no tracking for shipment even if I am calling for status their executives are asking why are you calling again and again we will update you. Please don't book anything from gati worst service and prices are high then other courier partners. If the product is not on time then why we are paying high charges. I just downloaded it because I placed a order on HS18 and they sent me a msg for tracking my shipment. I went to the link and it lead me to this gati I simply wasted my net over it. When I tried clicking the app , my phone got hang even when it have all required memory. The app is till giving me problem

Got an sms saying the order has been delivered. I am sitting at home the entire day and the delivery wasn't even attempted once. Cheating customers of their hard earned money and time. Give me my money back DKT 525774111

GATI is the worst courier service in terms of speed. Every other courier providers delivers to my address within 3-4 days after shipping. GATI always takes 10+ days. I usually get very irritated when my e commerce product get shipped by GATI. Worst of worst. Please change your name from GATI to DURGATI.

Worst courier service ever seen in my life.... Parcel docket no. 918673995. Complain no. 31336188. From 28/10/2016 the parcel was stuck on one location and not to delivered. Assured delivery date was 04/11/2016. Till now I am not getting the parcel. I can't understand why Amazon India send the parcel via Gati courier.

Waste service from Hyderabad to khammam it is 200 kms I booked an order In flipkart on 13th still now they didn't deliver the product.. I have been calling flipkart customer care & gati customer care they r unable to give information about transit details.. Shame on flikart & shame on gati couriers... Waste delivery don't use gati courier service

in about app : takes too much time if you track your shipment. in about courier service : even i hadn't received any call from delivery man they updated in tracking details that i was not responding to calls. it happened twice with same shipment. I contacted gati's customer care but they dont help you.

It never deliver any products of Amazon to my location.My 5 orders which are placed by gati didn't arrive.On the tracking it's written that product is out for delivery then undelivered,then customer refused to take the courier.Wow!What a gr8 courier.Hands off to u gati

At first I think Indian post is slow, but Gati changed my mind. Is Amazon sponsored by Gati kwe? I don't know, why amazon only choose Gati courier for shipping of consignment? Too much slow, no tracking update. Today is era of speed. Take 10 to 12 days for delivery a consignment is definitely not a good job. DTDC, DHL, FEDex, Bluedirt, dotzot, india post is fastier than Gati.

Worst service. They did not deliver my courier and returned my both shipments back without even informing or asking me. Never trust on their service especially for important items. Customer care is also useless.

Buy a product from flipkart, product is in shipping process but docket number is showing invalid received through mail and messages from both flipkart and gati. And also same product purchased last month that is shipped through safexpress their sevice is too good and fast also. Dear gati membera please change your name gatiless.

Fully faltu postal service .Being prime member in Amazon my product is coming through this post .I had ordered. It in 26 june I have not got it till now 30 june .My orders reach in abut 3 days by this postal it is coming late.

First the design of the app is really pre historic, second I tried a docket number retrieved from the Sms you sent which also had the link to your app. I downloaded the app and then the app tells me to check the docket number. Didn't work and I shouldn't need an app to track my orders. Not a hardcore gati services user, that's why uninstalling, if it had worked I would have been happy. You lost a lot on the rating cause of the design too. Upgrade it

My docket number is 572186513 and assured date of delivery was 17 October and it's 25 today and still no dleivery. Worst service. Raised complaints twice still no response. Mr Gaurav is handling the issue still no solution.

All are saying the sevice is waste I don't believe. But for I realize I had a delivery with GATI it takes more then5days even now also I didn't get the product and they are not having proper contact help desk...

Its good enough guys. My packages reached home before delivery date. U can trust them.. just one problem is that what I think that there should be more pickup persons, as I have to call him 4-5 times, and he finalized in a busy tune.. whtevr Its good enough.

Worst corrier service ever seen in my life.. called them so many times didn't pick ph's but when they pick up phone a guy answering don't call now call us at 9:30 am. Is there any option to give them below one star.

both the company and the app have poor performance. instead bluedart or dtdc would have been a better choice. the company won't deliver you the package on time and the app won't let you submit a service complaint. the most hilarious thing is that they took more than 7 days to deliver package from mumbai to pune :D :D :D. please change your name from "गती" to "स्थिती".

service provided by the Gati is too slow and time consuming. it takes lots of time to deliver a pracel. i orderd 1week before but still i did not got my parcel. please make a better service. other courier services are faster than gati. they deliverd the product 3-4 days before the date of expcted date.

After booking in Amazon.they sent me a message that they will deliver the product by gati courier.after that I have downloaded the gati app and I opened the reviews of all the customers are saying that they will not deliver at time.after seeing the reviews of all customers I also thought that my product will be deliver in that way only.but it has not happened to me.i am very happy with this courier. they delivered me at time.thank u so much

I have booked my order by infibeam and gati air assured delivery time was 11th April but not deliver on time and not given any proper response. I have my schedule tour but have to delayed due to poor performance of gati air. My docket number is 568135407.

I am rating this without using the app. I have called ur call center gave complaint regarding my package delivery from amazon and still it was returned back. I have faced this problem before also but I have got the package delivered not in time. this is the worst courier. I would recommend amazon not to use this courier.

PayTM please please don't use GATI courier service... I have order a product on 3rd April and assured delivery was on 9th April, however I haven't received the product till date, DKT no is 519798779. Also I have raised a complaint yesterday still no progress the complaint no is 13707780.

their online tracking system updates nothing other than the starting and reaching point. then what's the use of tracking. even their call center dont have any information other than that showing online. their courier service take more time than indian railways. pathetic app, pathetic service. gati should thank google for not allowing zero star rating!!

Very good service but i give 4 star because my order from amazon was automatically cancelled because gati don't delivered in time.. My docket no. Is #508707398.. I m very disappointed because i eagerly waiting for my delivery . ;(

i orderd a book from amazon , got a msg delivery will by gati but on 8th day from booking order i m still waiting. on other side my freind order same book from amazon got delivery by blue dart he got his order on just 3rd day. and what i doing wait ...wait ..wait. plz solve mi issue 902621285

If there would have been option of giving nil star, I would have preferred that. Having worst experience. Calls you to tell that they are going to deliver but never delivers any parcel. Having got best deals but lost due to the worst service. This service provider should be blacklisted.

App is OK, however gati courier is useless.There is no tracking possible, they don't update status of shipment. We always thought that Indian Post is slowest but try Gati and it will change your mind. I believe no courier service should be so slow in today's competitive world.

Don't trust on this only fake updates to Amazon. Where is my item 902376017 it is showing delivered. Complaint brought in knowledge to Amazon to discontinue services of such company. Due to such service Amazon may loose lot of customers.

I hav ordered through amazon on 6th jan 2016 but till 20th it is undelivered. This f***ing courier is automaticaly activated re shedule facility which i never done. Already complain given but no rply and where the product god knows. Such a nonsence and bullshit service.... Product delivery is delayed saying customer is not receiving the call when no calls have been made to the customer. The app atleast does not even allow to register a complaint.

I do not understand the point of having users download an app, to merely serve stale updates. Had to call good old customer service for updated status.
