Assuming they have a small budget allocated; app covers the basics very nicely. Without glitz & unnecessary graphics the sections and articles are easily digested. The only thing I would like to see is usage of the Telegram graphic (or the space it occupies) at upper-left as a jump menu, providing easy access to all sections.

Like the app. It's a shame that the people responsible for delivering updates, alerts, & breaking news are not doing their job. I get them every once in awhile they are not consistent AT ALL. It would be nice if they were.
