GateGuru, feat. Airport Maps

Looks nothing like and few of the features touted on the GateGuru website. Can only assume the premium app is for iOS and the android version a more basic version. Also it didn't have the main airport I use despite it servicing a city of a million + people and the main tourist gateway to my country. Very disappointed, had high expectations.

The app crashes every time I try to login. This means it's impossible to pull up my saved flight info. I really wish they'd spend as much effort to fix the android version as they do the iOS version.

This use to be a great app but they are not keeping it up to date. For example, Chili's Too left Charlotte airport 16 months ago. Of what use is an app that far out of whack. Deleting it and will search for another.

I recently changed from iPhone to android and gateguru on android is disappointing. I used it a lot to track my family members arrival and departure flights, plus track my own trips. Right now I can't seem to do that with the android app

This used to be a great app but clearly has not been updated in quite some time. It lists restaurants that are not there, and doesn't list ones that are. Please update info! Uninstalling until fixed.

There are useless apps and then there are really useless apps. This one definitely falls in the latter. How dumb of me to assume that an app called Gate Guru would actually show me gate information.

It hasn't been updated in years. SeaTac and St Louis restaurants missing and in wrong location. Great idea for an app, but would require maintenance to keep it updated.

This app delivers airport maps and reviews as promised, but is getting a little long in the tooth. Since it syncs your itinerary from TripIt, would be great if it would just show your current airport and terminal directly. Or just use location information.

While the iOS version of this app appears to be first rate, TripAdvisor has decided to not support the Android version. The Android version goes not support real time airport information. You will not get current gate information

Very useful app for airports all over the country, and works flawlessly. Only problem is the database is out of date. Atlanta Hartsfield has dozens of new concessions over the past year so much of the information for ATL is wrong.

This app was fairly useful in the past, but it now seems very obsolete, with old reviews, and missing newer food services. It hasn't been updated in over two years, so it looks like it's been abandoned by the developer.

This has obviously not been updated for android in years. A friend who uses it on her iPhone says it's great there.

Bangkok has 2 airports ! And you don't even have the other one which has been there the longest

Airport amenities are severely out of date. For instance, DAL (Dallas Love Field) was renovated years ago and the only restaurants shown are the ones pre-renovation. If this app was updated more regularly, it would be perfect.

Sitting in Regan Airport across from restaurant at my gate and can't find it in the app under any terminal or by listing all entries. Useless if not accurate.

Helped me navigate through the airport and gave me an estimate of the security wait time!

Signing in to kayak not allowed??? What is this app good for... airports missing blabla it s free so don t spent money deleting it... get back when this app is able to be used for something

This app has a lot of great information, and the ability to connect with other apps, like Tripit, so you can view your trip and gates through GateGuru. However, I continue to get a 'webpage doesn't exist' error message when attempting to connect to Tripit.

Tried using this at Atlanta airport and most of it was inaccurate. Went to find something to eat and when I arrived at the stated gate/location of the restaurant it was something totally different (which in ATL is not a short walk away). Also tried to find a place I saw when arrived in and in search it said nothing found/doesn't exist. This app is worthless without being up to date.

Tried to use this last week. This once was a great app but it is no longer supported and it's data it's old, inaccurate and stale.

I saw this app advertised on the Marilyn Denis show on TV by Amber Mac, a reputable technology professional... I downloaded this app because I heard I could use it at any airport and tells you all the stores inside them. Well, it advertised YYZ having multiple kid zones so I was eager to use them for my son on our family trip. I checked each location in my terminal and found it to be 100% wrong. Not a poster not a TV not a vending machine in the spots. Highly disappointing!

No recent updated & when I tried to log into my account it wouldn't log in and when i asked to reset the password there was no reply from the email address for resetting the password. Now seeking a better app. Won't let me reset password!

Maps are so low scale as to be completely useless, and for an app called Gate Guru why is there zero information on gates?! If I want a badly written review of an airport food place I'll just use TripAdvisor thanks.

Can't enter trips by flight number anymore and I have no interest in giving this app social media permissions. Deleting

User must have the ability to suggest services that the airport offers like an info desk. This app has a lot of potentials but you have to advertise it enough and get more users all over the world

Thought the concept sounded OK after seeing an online recommendation, but I think it's become abandonware. The only way to get trips in is to sync from TripIt or Kayak. I don't know about Kayak, but sync from TripIt certainly doesn't work. I had a look at my home airport (SYD), and there are only 3 ratings and no reviews or any other information for a major International Airport. OK, perhaps it's only for US airports, but even for LAX the last review was written in 2011 and most of the checkpoint time updates were 1600+ days ago. I think it's time to retire this from the Google Play Store.

I am uninstalling this app because it steals my privacy and it does not protect my phone from an attack.

On my iPhone, I could sort by gate and see what was near me. I only get name or rating on this app. Sucky!

Great idea, but data is not current, so not useful.

Why can't old apps no longer being updated be removed from the market. This does nothing any more.

I don't care if I land at Terminal A or. Terminal 5. Meaningless info. Tell me which airline uses which gate(s) so I can plan ahead. And how about updating tips and checkpoint information. Stuff from 2010 is USELESS! Uninstalling in 3... 2...1.

I love the reviews and tips of the restaurants and shops. What would really make it nice would be to list hours of operation for knowing where to eat or shop at 3AM. Plus an interactive map showing where you are and how to get where you want to go to eat or shop.

Requires check-in to trip-it, kayak, Facebook, etc. To track flight, unlike iPhone app that allows to enter flight info. Should not have to do this to simply get flight info.

Horribly out of date info for LAX and, I'd assume, other airports as well. Bad, bad, very bad.

It does not recognize many well known famous airports. Even a little kid would know better. Try Cairo Airport.

Relies on crowd sourced data that it hasn't received.

Like the idea of the app, but until it lists more airports, it's useless. 31 airports for all of EUROPE? It misses out some major UK ones - Birmingham? East Midlands? Not everyone flies from Heathrow...
