Offline Browser for Android
How to use:
1. Add a web page:
OPTION 1 - Using your preferred browser (Chrome or Firefox for instance), go to the web page then use the share option and chose Offline Browser.
OPTION 2 - Open Offline Browser and tap on the plus (+) icon in the main interface.
2. Edit the Item configuration: set the URL & title of the web site and select the link depth and maximum number of links per page to follow* then tap the save icon (it might be hidden behind the keyboard) to save the item. You can edit the item configuration later by long click on the item.
OPTIONAL STEP: If the website you added requires a login then visit the web site inside the app (by tapping on it in the main screen) and login to it - before proceeding.
3. Download the web page: in the main app screen find the item and tap on the download icon, it will start downloading the web page. It is recommended to download when you are connected to a WiFi ( the app doesn't enforce it currently).
4. Done! after the download is finished you can read the web page offline!
5. You can update the content of the web page by taping the refresh icon.
* Link depth refers to the links that the app will follow. The default setting follows only links posted on the root level (the page you selected).
There are many customize-able settings in the settings screen for item configuration defaults, auto-download items after saving and more. Visit the settings screen by tap on the settings icon on the main screen.
Notes:
- This app doesn't support offline videos, so if this what you are looking for try another app.
- On Kitkat devices (Android version 4.4.0 - 4.4.4) the app might crash due to a bug at the Android OS level.
- For feature requests, bug report or any other matter please send me an email. (I can only read English)
This apps very good, now I can read my favourite Web when I'm offline. But there is some anomaly when I'm back in apps it's seem hang for a while, I need wait for second's to back in display
Does exactly what it says for sure.. I'm noticing while downloading its making my phone really hot though..take breaks.
Great, but if you are looking in a search engine and scrolling through images like google you need wi-fi, so not completely an offline browser, but other than that this is awesome, yea bra
Worked perfectly when I wanted an offline copy of a strategy guide, very simple to use and just plain works.
please help so I can rate 5 star
U can save ur favorite web page as it is.. Highly recommended you, download it.
Tried it on Guardian website. Only saved homepage, no links worked. Even tried changing link depth and max links settings.
If you frequently visit a page which is not required to be updated regularly, this browser is best which will save your data usage and can be viewed with out net connectivity.
I've been I've been looking for these days and I found it and it works pretty well thank you so much I rated 5 stars
Does what it's supposed to and doesn't take up too much memory and it's easy to use.
Working in the background for some hours, it had downloaded thousands of pages from the target website. Every time I have opened it since then, it has counted down ending with zero pages saved and an error message asking me to start the download again.
My offline content was unreachable because of "network error".
Consume too much data
I like the app for its ability t o save web pages for future
Sometimes save the Browser files but sometimes files were gone when you try to view it offline.

A pleasure to use.
I'm so impressed
nice app!
Use it as a Tumblr saver. Hope that data can be stored in external SD card.
I chose it because it only asks for permissions it seems likely to need to do the job you want doing. It works well enough for me although as it's the first offline reader I've used l can't say if it's the best or not. I only wish there was a way to chose if it saves to phone or sd card as my phone is short of memory.
Works perfectly. Share page from Chrome to app & it downloads it super quick. No problems whatsoever
Nice but shud make it faster.
Works Great!

Love the concept, very useful for saving single pages even if the link following is difficult to balance between too many (wasting space) and too few (missing things that were wanted). Wish it had a mode to browse freely while online then save all/only the pages visited, ignoring the other extra side links. Wish it were possible to sort, organise or rearrange the list of pages. Also the banner ad on the main page covers up the last saved item in the list.
