Gap+

I like this app. It was simple to register and gives 5% off everything even if it's in the sale - which I wasn't expecting. Don't think it's a shopping app which some users seem to be getting hung up on! (Go on the website if your that bothered) I think this is instead of loyalty card.

Bloody aweful. Lags, at the worst time. Doesn't even show if my purchase went through. Gonna go and buy on normal mobile version website. 5% discount not worth trying to get through this pos.

Doesn't work. Get all the way to checkout the it just goes back to the homepage instead of the Barclaycard verification page loading. Can't buy anything

Highly Disappointed when I went to Gap Outlet and told I can't use this app in the store, was told it's for the high street no where on the App have I read it's high street only.

I'm starting to wonder if this app is genuine, because it is so shockingly poor and unprofessional. Sooooo slow to load on all pages. The top left back button inexplicably takes you right back to the very start, not just back one page. I found two items I wanted, and I would have tired to buy more but it's so difficult to use. Went to check out and it cannot be complete, please enable cookies... in app!?? Uninstalling this complete and utter rubbish.

I can get as far as the checkout but then it won't let me complete the purchase saying something about cookies. But I'm not in a browser, I'm in the app? Very frustrating

Nothing works, it's just a gui that redirects you to the page via some bizarre window design, whoever designed it for you Gap, you should fire them. Absolutely useless

Takes a while to load and it's freezing alot Gap need to fix this problem asap so their customers are able to use it.

Just before finishing payment it says "must enable cookies in browser to make payment" very annoying as can't find an option in the 'APP' to do this!!!

I get to step 7 easily, and then nothing....???? I can't find anything to 'press' to complete the registration process.... Can anyone advise please :-)

The app keeps freezing, keeps jumping back randomly to the main page, very hard to browse. I just gave up.

Tried to register until I got to date of birth. Quite pathetic and GAP should know better. I am 67 yes 67 so how long would it take me to insert my date of birth. Totally ridiculous so I gave up!

Wants your dob, but then only allows you to enter it by clicking backwards through a monthly calender, starting from today, basically making it a monumental waste of time. Never known any registration require at least 200 clicks (if you are 18, the min age, which I am not) just to put in a dob. I gave up at this point.

Have to scroll back month by month from current date. Real fail! Most reviews complain about this and still nothing has been done.

Keeps hanging then looked like its loaded but when you scroll down images dissapear. Its impossible to.shop with. I was a big GAP on-line customer before installing this app so I'm deleting it and hoping I can shop on-line at GAP otherwise I'll need to find something new like River Island.

Rewards fine, style works fine but isn't terribly fascinating - is not why I'd use this app... Online shop - AWFUL! Difficult to browse - too many levels to the menus, 2 back buttons take you to different places. IMPOSSIBLE to pay. Loads of pop up messages you can't exit from eg when trying to look at the size guide asked if I want the newsletter. Size guide does not default to item category being looked at ie jeans, press size guide, shows guide for tops and have to manually navigate to jeans.

This is a perfect example of what happens when you don't test your app with real users. Entering my date of birth would take forever - I'd have to scroll through nearly 600 months, one at a time.

If like me you were born in 1959 it is almost impossible to enter your DoB. You have to scroll through 600 months +.

Unable to register, took forever to scroll through the calendar to add date of birth, then no way to get further than mobile number which it refuses to acknowledge. Shame, I love gap but this has put me off buying with them online

I cannot seem to download this app on my samsung A3 and when i tell them in gap stores they wont allow me the discount and keep saying i need to download it to qualify. Once they let me have it with the code

Very aggressive push notifications with no option within the app the turn these off. Naughty, manual silence required. App is OK, but does not link to your web account so you need to create another account just for the app. Very odd..

What's the point of having an app that doesn't allows payment? Let me be clear that I have done several purchases online with GAP so generally speaking my account and credit is good. At the point of checking out with this GAP app after applying both discount codes... The system request again and again and again and again for password verification..... loosing my will to live at this point.... seriously mind the GAP if I would be kind and polite?
