I have been waiting for a nice local application like this when I am on the go. The Full Access subscription is very reasonable when you can use up to 10 devices to access content anywhere at anytime and even share the access with family and friends! Thank you Times Recorder. Seemed to work as well as any other newspaper app. Can't be upset that they charge you after the 7 day free trial, it says so in the description.

Must have a subscription to access. Leave it to a small paper in SE Ohio to charge you. USA Today is free, will continue to use that.
