Three times I spoke with them about getting my app to connect. and to be able to Simply log in to something I paid for. Not much help there. They're even going to call me back the second time but never did.

App suddenly will not open. "Unfortunately PC has stopped" message each time trying to launch. Galaxy 4S. Uninstalled/reinstalled and not fixed. When it was working I also had had same issue as others with the app constantly asking me to log in even though I had already.

This is a disappointing app. The top level intro page is a cumbersome list which doesn't really give you a top level overview. The brilliantly colored ads are distracting, and I'm irritated that I have to see them when I am logged in as a paid subscriber. Worst of all there seems to be no share button. And errors or hanging are too common.

Too many anoying adds trying to read the news even though I'm a digital news subscriber. ;^(

I am logged in under my account. The dialog says I was successful when I log in. However, when trying to access the "premium" categories, I am redirected back to the login page. I log in and the cycle starts over. It's the case on my Motorola Xoom running Android 4.2.1 as well as my Moto X running Android 4.4.2. I am able to successfully log in on the desktop site.
