I just get a blank screen when trying to log in to my already paid account. Used to be able to use the old app to see actual published paper but that stopped working too.

I had been using this app every day to keep up with local news, but now it crashes on my Samsung Galaxy tablet every time I try to view another topic section. Unusable, so I'm uninstalling. UPDATE: Still a terrible app even after recent updates. Unusable on Galaxy tablet and barely usable on Galaxy phone. Crashes, freezes, and hogs CPU. Must be force stopped when not in use to prevent draining the battery.

I turned on only "Breaking News" notifications... Expecting only to be interrupted by SERIOUS local news events. Past couple months, the app has started pushing ridiculous notifications to me continuously all day long, including publisher promotions and high school sports scores (despite having "sports" notifications turned off) . This app and the Burlington Free Press suck. Uninstalling.

I prefer to read the Burlington Free Press in the e-newspaper format, and that is not available on the Android app. I find the app to be missing a lot of the news I'm interested in reading.

It's a shame, an app from the BFP would have been useful. This app contains push ads from UrbanAirship Network that go to your notification bar. Download this app at your own risk.

I downloaded the app to use with my paid monthly subscription and love having full access to full text of the news. Without a subscription all you get is the headlines. With the subscription u get the full deal and it works great.

Loud video advertisements that play without me selecting them are the last straw. All I want is a simple app that will let me read the news. This app keeps getting progressively worse at fulfilling that basic function. Uninstalling.
