Sling

This app is awful but it does kind of work so I can't give it only one star. Plus it is a free app so my employer doesn't have to pay any fees or whatever. Its hard to use, annoying, constantly freezes, just a terrible app.

Ever since I downloaded this app, strange things have been happening to my cyber life... my emails, FB msgs, AND PHONE CONTACTS are all gone! Not sure if they are the real reason, but this was the most recent change that I added to my phone that has a lot of my personal info. I always keep my phone on me or around me so I know if wasn't me. BEWARE OF HACKERS!

I won't complain about a free service! I will say that there are some flaws with the app version of sling though. Our people work in teams and the schedule is done in a specific way so that they know who they are working with. The app consistently reorders the shifts making it difficult for us to tell who is working with who and in what capasity. This has not been nearly as big of an issue when viewing our schedule through the website.

Very difficult to pick up shifts/ request time off. An autocorrect feature would be handy as well as the ability to delete old messages. I get notifications for shifts two hours after I've already started and the clock is three hours off

Can't add employees within app. Have to go to website to do so--only thing is that website is not designed for mobile devices. Would like to do everthing within the app rather than going to a website.

Can't pick shifts on Android

Need to simple the day or night shift. Some huge company just have few shifts like day or night. Break time can not choose. Need function to display how many shift in day or night. Because it is extremely important to calculate how many staff to participate in that time. Example 4 day 3 night. Report it in the top of shedule by week or month

I love this man

I've been using the app for work for about 2 weeks or so and I'm liking it so far, BUT the only thing that REALLY bugs me (and my co-workers as well) is that the app doesn't load the shifts tab on the correct date. It usually loads up to the previous month or so and we'll always have to look for today's date instead of seeing it right off the bat. PLEASE fix this issue~

The app is ok but android job bidding isn't supported, only iPhone. Please fix because otherwise I must sign in on a computer. Major inconvenience.

I as an employer wish you could add a way for employees to make themselves available and unavailable for specific days. Having a lot of trouble with this program

Please add a "week view" to the app... The app and website dont match up. The website is much easier to use, but the app lacks in luster..

Why on earth is this set up the way it is? Have the developers never seen a calendar? You guys make it exceptionally hard to trade shifts/see who's working 1 day.

Cant sign up for shifts via my galaxy S6. The shifts are available for all members of the same job but wont show for me. Mobile app is incomplete and the user interface is still confusing whether on desktop or mobile. Wold recomen accurate scrolling. Monthly system when looking for shifts is very confusing and misleading. Also have a faq ready with answers to all questions asap please

It would be better if when checking schedules it would go to the current day instead of the beginning of that specific week. Also, it would be great if we were able to delete messages. And every time I type out a half hour time period in messages it turns it into a heart. Like 6:30 or 7:30 turns into 6❤0 or 7❤0. It's kinda awkward sending a message to your manager or coworker and hearts are popping up.

Hi, everything is alright except one thing. I have problems with turning on notifications. Although I changed the settings on app and on my phone, notifications doesnt work. Please, help me with this. Thanks!

When i try to take off a certain day using the app its never on the right day. I scroll to the day i need to take off, and hit the request time off button, yet it always goes either a week behind or a week forward. Also, can managers easily see on the app when employees need off? I feel like although I take certain days off, my requests are completely ignored.

I live this app but right now I can't use it because it says I need to upgrade but when I go to uprade there's not a new version... I've tried undownloading amd redownloading but it just says the same thing...so I can't use it

I've used several scheduling applications but none as user friendly and simple as this one. The developers are all ears on new features and do a great job at answering questions. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing a scheduling software.

Great features

I've really been enjoying this app a lot. It makes things so much simpler and far less communication issues. I only gave 4 stars cuz I feel there are a couple of small things that can be approved upon. But it seems like you guys are still in the works and I figure with just a few more features (i.e. being able to delete chat messages) you will be well on your way to becoming a successful app. Thx and keep up the good work!

Started using in a new concept I have started, Groove Burgers, and it's been great so far. Very easy user interface and easy adoption for new employees. Wish I could upload manual and employee files or links to employee files.
