A bubble level, spirit level or simply a spirit is an instrument designed to indicate whether a surface is horizontal (level) or vertical (plumb). Bubble Level app is handy, accurate, simple to use and incredibly useful tool for your Android device.
A traditional modern level meter has a slightly curved glass tube which is incompletely filled with a liquid, usually a colored spirit or alcohol, leaving a bubble in the tube. At slight inclinations the bubble travels away from the center position, which is usually marked. Bubble Level app tries to mimic the real level meter and displays the data as real level meter would.
Bubble Level app also features a bull's eye level meter which is a circular, flat-bottomed device with the liquid under a slightly convex glass face with a circle at the center. It serves to level a surface across a plane, while the tubular level only does so in the direction of the tube. Bubble Level app tries to mimic the real bull's eye level and displays the data as real bull's eye level meter would.

Used properly, a bubble level can help you create flawlessly leveled pieces of furniture, help you when hanging paintings or other items on the wall, level billiard table, level table tennis table, set up a tripod for photographs, level your trailer or camper and much more. It’s a must have device for any home or apartment.
Your device should already be calibrated by the manufacturer. In case you believe it is wrongly calibrated you can recalibrate your device by opening calibration, placing your device screen facing up on a perfectly leveled surface (like the floor of your room) and press SET. Press RESET to return to your device default factory calibration.

Ok so it puts a bubble in the middle but that's it. A slight tilt does not show the bubble moving enough in relation to the tilt. The x and y axis readings are better but I would not use it for its intended use!

People commenting on the speed of the app need to realise that the app can only display the data from your phone's sensors as fast as your phone sends them. If it's slow, your sensors are slow. You need a better phone, not a better app. Ditto for accuracy. If your sensors aren't accurate this app *cannot* be accurate - and neither can any other app that depends on those sensors. On my phone, app works well. Cheers to the dev. Nicely done.

I think that this is a useful tool. I also think there should be a notice in the instructions as to how to Level the app. I place the phone on a flat surface and touch 'Set' and the bubbles and degrees never stop moving. I'm not sure if it is due to the earth movement or what.

Dunno about other phones upon which a relative few are complaining about speed & accuracy (competitors, maybe?), but works great on my Moto G4+ - nice job!

Works perfectly on Samsung s7. If anyone had problems e.g. bubbles moving too slowly it's only the phone's fault.

Only used it once so far and have not checked it against an "analog" bubble level but it seems to work well and looks very nice. Kudos on the design for sure.

Can't replace real spirit level if you're doing serious job but app is simple with out any bells & whistle as it should be!

Works well. Needs some bugs to be worked out. Ie, if the phone is on its side, top bubble doesn't show unless angles down

Had to use it in a pinch in an installation. Works great! I'm using a Galaxy S5 and the tilt/reaction seems to be plenty sensitive!

Overall it's only OK, I like the simple and dark interface. I found that the bubbles were not symmetrical and made it hard to centre the bubble. When tilting the phone left and right, the bubble sprites jumped around from side to laid flat mode and it was juddery as it animated between these. The X and Y axes used dark text and a weird serif font and was hard to see

Doesn't work like a real spirit level at all! The bubble is too slow. Slight inclines still show as level. Even at 22 degrees the bubble is only just outside the lines. Edit: Device running Android 6 and sensors work fine. The bubble doesn't function properly for the slope. Not like a real one.
