Buggy, can't read a single magazine without multiple crashes

Random pages are unread able.

Can't download the issues as the app crashes all the time. I'm not sure if the team doing this app cares whether they deliver a good product or not. My boss would have fired me if I turned out work like that.

Was about to download but going by the comments and the fact I haven't see 1 reply from the team, I'm giving it a wide steer.

It say this is a pad only app, cant install on phone, but i am using a pad.

This new version works quite well on mobile (S7) finally, and has nicely integrated features - alas the issue price means the physical edition still wins out.

It would rather have a PDF then this garbage. Where can I get a refund?

The people complaining about having to pay for individual issues seem to forget that this is how magazine apps work. The prices are comparable to other large, image-heavy magazine apps. The app itself is very nice, and leverages the format to present the images in a way that only digital can do. The zooming images and 360° model pics are a great extra, and greatly enhance the paint splatter article in particular.

Issue price is cheaper than print copy, seems easy to read zoom etc like any magazine app. Extra features available within articles. Much improved from my last dip in the world of digital magazines. Okay 4 hours after my first purchase a new edition was released and now unable to read the magazine as the app keeps freezing. Followed faq advice still the same, emailed GW 7 day wait for response according to out of office. Will keep updated.

Freezes on launch on LG G Pad X 8.0 running Nougat. In addition, the screen locks and I have to force stop the app. It would be nice if GW could focus some attention on this app, but obviously, Android users are not high on their list.

I am unable to read new issues although I have a subscription. I have to log out and then log back in AFTER each new issue is released before it allows me to read or download it. Otherwise it's a decent way to read White Dwarf on my tablet.

The subscription costs more than just buying the individual issues. Now, sure, you get access to past "recent" issues, but those familiar with GW know that this will only result in frustration and lost investment down the road.

Doesn't work on Samsung 8+ screen size isnt supported. Gets stuck on push notification screen.

Half or more pages are blank. Upon contact they do nothing regarding this, and also BEWARE of auto renewal. why would someone want to renew something that does not work.....

Works great (Asus Nexus 7). Did the print subscription for a year but didn't want to mass-up a huge stack of magazines. Not sure why people are rating this as 1-star?

Just paid for the new issue and can't open the document, "can't find appropriate reader, file not found at given path" this error appears when I try press the read button.

Like most of the reviews the issues are unreadable since most po ages won't load or if they do the app crashes. The old version was great and I never had any issues, this new version is just terrible. I'll be sticking with the hard copy from now on.

The concept is great but I bought 1 issue and the pages fade out to white and are unreadable. I contacted Gw and got handballed away with no resolution. Shame ... as an ex warhammer player I thought I would read it with the plan of getting back into the game but if this is the quality of work I can expect... I will go elsewhere.

Please find a way to make the issues load properly. it's so disappointing to buy an issue and then entire pages won't show. also, the Dec issue appears bugged entirely!

Why do you need microphone support? Please give a free sample issue so I can know how your app works before purchasing. I thing WD would be worth the money but GW's past hostility and plain ignoring of Android platform doesn't make me confident that you have done good job programming this app. I need proof before purchasing.

It's not the worst app I ever saw, but its not far from there. Wish there was more communications from GW to know they're working on the issues

App crashes whenever I click on any issue, the only links that seem to work is the buy and subscribe buttons shame as I would love to digital but not until they have a stable and working app

Wanted to sub as I don't want physical copies anymore, but it crashes whenever you try to open an issue.

Literally crashes when I access anything. I paid for a digital subscription that I can't use. Worthless.

Great app, great product. I had no technical problems on my Galaxy Tab S2. The magazine is as good as usual, but I have already come to prefer this digital edition. There's nothing groundbreaking here, but it leverages the format nicely. The ability to enlarge pics in order to better see details is only possible in this version, and is nice whether you are a painter or just a fan of the visuals. The hyperlinks also make for a more organic reading flow, again something that only the digital edition can do.

I really don't see why an app like this would require access to camera, microphone and contacts. Smells like spywere, but most likely someone just checked all the checkboxes he had in a hurry.

Used the previous app, worked great. This one keeps having an error when i try to download the file. Paid for 3 months and have no product. Not happy.

Not compatible with my device running Android 5.0, for no reason

Never in my life have I had so many problems trying to make a purchase. First it was issues working with PayPal, then it just refused to complete my purchase. Can we stop this idiocy and go back to digital releases please?

My current issue download to 40% then stops. I paid for a full year. Fix it or refund me. Previous version allowed me to zoom in close to look at the pictures. This version stops the zoom after a point and then springs back to a smaller picture. What gives?

Ok I want to get the digital version of this magazine as it is easier for me to carry the electronic version compared to the physical one, but the app is incompatible with my galaxy s5 running marshmallow (android version 6)

Why do you need camera, microphone, ID, etc?? It's a magazine?? No thanks until you fix your access.
