Warhammer Age of Sigmar

This app is a fantastic aid for playing games of age of sigmar. The updated version looks fantastic too and its a really nicely considered layout. Good app. Only thing preventing a five star review is something that's been reported a lot in reviews lately. I.e. since the update I've noted the 'please purchase' message appear over and over for the free warscrolls. You need to scroll away from it and come back to get it to access properly. It seems to always choose to do this exactly when your in the midst of battle and frantically looking for a rule. It's been a while now and I'd have thought you'd have sussed this stability issue. Anyways. Good work gw. Keep on keepin' on.

Bought the Generals Handbook but in "my battle" the profiles of both Stormcast and Bloodbound are locked even though the factions points are in the book. Meanwhile they added the new Azyr function which should do more or less the same as "my battle" but has a subscription. Shame

Almost all warscrolls say they are locked until I purchase the following items, proceeding to list no items. Eventually after clicking over and over again it will open. This is the basic function of the app and its broken. Also why do the warscrolls have to be massive downloads? I just want the few kilobytes of numbers and text for each unit. It should just be a database stored on your phone, then I could search by keyword etc.

Loved the old version of the app but I am having some silly issues since the updates. I own a few of the battlepacks and the generals handbook in app. And whenever I am looking at warscrolls half the time they remain locked or when I add them to the list it removes other models. Please fix it folks, used to love this app, but lately just kind of frustrating.

Still buggy, still lots of basic errors. No matter what warscroll I want, the app tells me it is locked and I can't view it for several seconds, then changes it's mind. Like it's loading all the meta data on whether you can see the profile points but while doing this locks you out of the warscroll in any view. This includes all the regular ones, not just the new ones hidden being the points view pay wall and not found in general's handbook.

Daemon Prince and other Daemons that can have the Khorne key word are not compatible with Khorne Daemon allegiance, when using Azyr. Extremely frustrating that although I own the limited edition Bloodbound, Blades of Khorne, Order of Chaos, Order of destruction & Generals Handbook. I still have to purchase them again digitally at Full Book Price to use them in the App, this is Ridiculous.

Worthless unless you also wish to pay full book prices for each item. Unable to review how well it works, as I'm not going to lay down that amount of cash just to trial. No visible options for discounts etc if you have the physical items already, so you're paying again for the same material. As a casual ex-gamer thinking about dipping my toe back in the water, this has put me right off. Uninstalled.

It was fine until the newest update killed it. It's money grubbing and way too buggy for a big company's title app. Side Note: Azyr is a rip off. It's just a fancy calculator. you're better off buying the General handbook them dealing with the monthly fee for nothing.

Good app. Love the list builder but run into a problem adding stormfiends as battleline to a skryre list. It keeps saying "battleline if army has skryre allegiance" when the list I'm building HAS got skryre allegiance. also been trying to build a NURGLE alliance list but bloab rotspawned not available.

Really useful app for collecting your scrolls and bring them with you to every game. Had a go at Azyr, and it works well for what it is, whether it's worth the monthly sub is a personal decision, only issue for me personally is the lack of Scenery like Balewind Vortex and Sylvaneth Wyldwoods. I might also be too daft to find it to be fair.

It's a great concept but the execution is pretty lackluster. Have issues with not showing profiles even though I have purchased the General's Handbook via the app

Loved the app at first, but had to delete due to a break in gaming to free up room. I had bought the Clan Pestilens book, and since reinstalling I have lost it. Restore Purchases does nothing for me. Barely got to use the book before losing it. Waste of money.

The app is so so, is's great that you can look up rules and warscrolls quickly, but (here it comes) the "full" rule books menu is really annoying to use. It's a great idea that the index is a link to go to said page BUT for the love of Sigmar please make a return to index page button, a scroller at the bottom leytong you slide through pages quickly instead of this retarded swiping in what feels FOREVER. Even make a pinch to zoom out giving an overlook of 4-9 pages making looking for rules ALOT easier.

Purchased the Kharadron battletome on this app and after uninstalling an reinstalling it I can access it, good app all in all aside from the issues I've had with it, hopefully it will improve so that early purchases are recognised in future.

Great app I'm paying the sub too atm for trialling army builder. Quick question though... Are you adding skirmish to the app

Very buggy, constantly crashes especially when trying to read books. Super slow Or goes blank when you need to switch between warscrolls in a game. Skarbrand's warscroll has been unreadable since the start.

Would be great if it included all the options from the General's Handbook: I've got models that are covered in there that I can't put into Azyr: for example an Empire General on a pegasus and a Battle Mage on horseback, neither of which can be added officially, which is a shame.

Fix warscroll load time! Since the update it takes 5-8 clicks to load free warscrolls with error message! Has become unusable when playing!

Stand out app, use it all the time to research my warscrolls and build lists. Glad that all the books are also available in it! Hope they do this for 8th ed 40k!

The app frequently flips back and forth on whether or not a warscroll's information is available, and the in-app General's Handbook reader is a pain to use.

Updates are very keen. When does the app. get updated for Skrimish?

Would love the app having the ability to go landscape thats the only thing i want

Love the game and the free rules. Only issue is the quirkiness of the app. Frequently asks me to "buy" the free warscrolls. Do this for 8th ed 40k!

Charge a monthly subscription to build army list but still make you buy the rest.

Really like the app. Would like a quicker way to view a warscroll without exiting the list on azyr.

I like the app but the Khorne Bloodbound battle pack is no longer accessable - even though I have purchased it - since Blades of Khorne was released. What gives? I just lose my purchace and my money? Also, it would be great if when we buy a physical copy of a Battletome that it would include a code which gives us access to that Battletome in the app or at least provides a significant discount to that information in the app.

I really like this app makes finding points and stats a lot nicer. Would have been a 4 or 5 star app if it wasn't for the fact that half of the stuff I try and open it tell me I have to purchase when it has already been done. So I have to either tap multiple times for it to open or restart and that tends to be frustrating. Can you please fix this problem. 4/16/17 update problem is still there keeps telling me that content needs to be purchased and labels nothing because I have it already and will not open War Scrolls.

9 out of 10 times that I try to open a warscroll, I get the message saying "unlock this item when you purchase the following". This gets very frustrating when you are in the middle of a game and need to quickly look up a warscroll. This started just after the big update and a lot of people are still waiting for a fix.

After some initial issues, app now works great, and even an issue in samsung's printer spooler in A5s seems to have been dealt with and I can now export lists. Loving it! Well, maybe fix the problem of Filters getting reset in Azyr all the time

Still have to buy content twice....really odd. Keep having to restore purchases. Pdf export does not have an option to include a rules summary for each unit. Ok this is probabky unintentional but if you have Azyr purchasex why are you requiring battletomb purchases to get profile points in the warscroll area? I am not paying 20 bucks for point values when I have them in Azyr already....

For the most part the app works good. However there are still issues with the war scrolls saying I need to purchase something even if I already have the corresponding purchase made. Also I just bought the khoradron overlords battletome and there are ABSOLUTELY no war scrolls or any information for using them in the game. It is all fluff material. For $21.00 I expect to have the same rules in the app version as the printed book. This is the only battletome I have purchased that has this issue. All of the others have full rules and points cost. How does this get fixed?

Like the app but my blades of khorne purchase is not working was working earlier now it wants me to repurchase it. Tried the reload purchase thing in app it didnt help.

Just brought the new white dwarf and it says i have to purchase it still and theres no download or purchase to restore, yet the money has been taken from my bank? What a joke!

I quite enjoy this app and find myself referring to it frequently. One thing I enjoy more than I initially thought I would is being able to attach photos and export them as part of a PDF of your list. However I have noticed that it doesn't pick up some keywords here and there like the Fatemasters Daemon keyword which would normally entitle him to daemonic gifts. Also there's a bit of a struggle setting up the swifthawk and skaven warscroll battalions from Spire of Dawn, in that they can only built under Order or Chaos but not with their respective allegiances. I'm sure these issues will be resolved eventually as they are discovered so I'm not really bothered by it and will continue having fun whipping up funky army lists.
