This is a great app that's helps many people find games they are either looking to buy, sell or trade. My only problem is I can't set my Nintendo switch as a preferred console yet but I'm sure it will be added soon.

Take this plz with a grain of salt lol, I absolutely LOVE the store and will continue to shop there until the day i die. But the rewards system is so f'ing slow it drives me nuts. For example...I used a $5 coupon to buy a $2.99 game. The coupon...Vanished, even tho hypothetically I should have $2 left right? IDK... It's cool that I can instantly reward myself, but if they don't get their sh** together I may just start trading/buying games elsewhere. I'll keep buying the merch/gear tho, forever lol, ThinkGeek are God's IMHO. PEACE...

Im having problems with my Pro Membership Rewards. My Points Stayed Frozen and they wont go up Even tho ive bought A New Ps4 Pro, And Earned some Extra points and also It says i have 30$ in my account but i really dont have them. I need help please!

First off it will not let me log in to my account. Second it won't let me reset my password cause I thought that might fix it, but NO. Third and last it won't even let me search for games or accessories. It does not work at all no matter wat i have uninstalled and tried waiting and putting it on different phones. Don't bother wasting time on it

App continuously logs me out. Anytime I try to do password reset it doesn't recognize my email. I no longer have access to the email I originally used for card as that was like 9 years ago so I can't do password reset. Seems like there should be a better system for account recovery in 2017

Switch the "I want" tab so "I want" shows first under my library when loading. Makes more sense, and I already know what I have. My slow data makes this a chore every single time I'm out! Also when you click on an item in my library to view it-it jumps to the top when you hit back and you have to scroll down all over again to find where you were. Very frustrating!

Being able to customize your mobile profile and being able to access plenty of trailers for upcoming games, this app will give you much to be entertained. Unfortunately, there's a problem with the system as I'm unable to search products or sign in. Hope this is fixed soon since this is a truly worthwhile app.

Shows smart phones in Stock at local stores that are clearly not there. Visit the stores or call them, they don't have the smart phones the app shows they have, and the in store associates tell you to buy from the online store. Very frustrating and misleading.

Wow. Can't even log in. I downloaded this because the damn website doesn't have a mobile friendly version and then try to log in here and nope. Great job gamestop. Maybe this is why I stopped buying games from you 5 years ago, aside from getting screwed with trade ins.

Ever since the last update it will not let me search or browse for games. It just says unable to search. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection and running on galaxy s7 edge. I use this app often but now I can't.

It doesn't actually let me search for games. It just says "unable to search" but it's been doing this for over a week. I'd like to shop at your stores, but your clerks are so toxic I don't want to be there longer than 10 minutes. Without this app how can I tell if a store will have the game I want?

Idk if it's temporary or what, but I'm unable to look up anything anymore. It just says "unable" or whatever. So, until it's fixed, it gets 1 star and I'm uninstalling it. Which is a real shame because it was very useful for looking up products, what's coming out soon, keeping track of my stuff, and I could even easily use points for coupons. Again, please fix it, I've used it for almost 2 years now. Sincerely, a loyal customer.

Every now & then when I try to use the app it says it's not authorized to use my account. Then asks me to sign in and now it is starting to fail to load or whatever it says my reserves and store searching or trade ins again hasn't done that in a while. it let's me so far sign in and not saying it can't please fix this before it'll not let me sign in

Very helpful, and much faster than the website. I just wish when looking at accessories on consoles with amiibos, or Skyland erstwhile for example, you didn't have to page through tons of those just to find real actual accessories. Great otherwise.

It says you change an order you've made but that's total BS. I made an order and 5 mins later it would not let me change the shipping method. I tried putting it on 2 day shipping but when order was placed it was on 7 day shipping. GameStop fix this bug!!!

Its great for planning your budget with the trade in values and all the new product information. The only problem i see is that i cant have the nintendo switch as my main console

Unable to search right now. Currently running the newest version of Nougat on a Note 5. Will raise to 5 stars when fixed because it used to work, otherwise great app.

Not working.... can't search can't access anything account related.... hell can't even check my current trade values or get my 5 daily power up rewards points and I'm w8ing for may rewards update because I have nearly 35k points to use and I want to use them asap

It keeps saying it's unable to look at product, unable to check-in, unable to open my I haves, and my I wants lists. Please fix this problem! I'm not able to do much on the app because of these problems. This app continues to be buggy, and desperately needs an update. I can't search for games, and I can't look through the coming soon game selections among other areas of the app.

Average at best. There is no review section so no way to know what other people think about products.

App is pointless cannot log into my power up rewards. Keeps saying that it can't connect.....complete junk Uninstalling it now.

We have been dealing with game stop on the east coast and really like the dealership and games and the PC and love the way they handle any problems that we have. We want to keep dealing with game stop since we have move to the country. Now we are hoping for great service online and can hardly wait to see what you have.

Decent. But now I know what I have, but also it doesnt work on finding close stores. I have had to unistall it and still not coming up with the stores near when i know im close to the stores. So your bug fix isn't fixed.

For some weird reason, I can't search anything in the search box, it says "unable to search". So I gave it 3 stars.... Maybe a update is necessary?

App slow, takes me to a search page that says can't search. I was trying to browse games, also ess connected to Wi-Fi. If it's because of that this app will be lame.

When I disable push notifications in the settings menu I expect to stop receiving push notifications. Sending unwanted pop ups to my phone despite them being turned off is the fastest way to get your app uninstalled.

Tried to log in for my Powerup Rewards account. It let me enter everything, but when I tapped Sign-in, nothing happened. The button shows that it was pressed, but nothing else.

When are you guys going to fix this app, I can't get points for checking in cause it won't acknowledge my check in option for 2 weeks now.

This app does not work. Any title I type is gives me an error that says no results found. I even get this even if I just press one of the items that say pre order on their slideshow. This app does not work for me.

It wouldn't allow me to add my credit card which works, ( because I just used all of the very same info to check its balance) and it wouldn't allow me to add my gift card.
