Friso - Lekkum

Met deze applicatie is het mogelijk om de nieuwbouwplannen van Friso in Lekkum in 3D te bekijken met behulp van een marker (afbeelding) en augmented reality.
Door de camera van je telefoon of tablet op de marker te richten kan je de 3D woningen bekijken en het interieur.

Als u de applicatie start zult u zien dat de camera op uw toestel is gestart. Richt de camera op de foto en u zult zien dat de 3D woningen verschijnen.
Door uw vinger over scherm te slepen zult u zien dat het model draait zodat u dit van alle kanten kunt bekijken.
Rechts bovenin vind u 2 knoppen. “Interieur” en “Omgeving”.
Door op “Interieur” te drukken kunt u een impressie van de koopwoningen bekijken. Door uw vinger over het beeld te slepen kunt u om u heen kijken. Druk op “Terug” om naar het woningoverzicht te gaan.
Door op “Omgeving” te drukken verschijnt er een luchtfoto onder de woningen om de ligging te bekijken van de bouwplannen.

Op de woningbouwlocaties zijn 8 halfvrijstaande koopwoningen en 6 huurwoningen aan een woonerf gepland. De locatie wordt omsloten door water dat deels al aanwezig is en deels nieuw wordt aangelegd. De straten worden aangelegd volgens het shared space principe (gedeelde ruimte). Bij dit principe gaat men er vanuit dat de straat voor iedereen is. Er worden geen trottoirs aangebracht, maar wel parkeerbakken en een aparte groenstrook voor spelende kinderen.

Het dorp Lekkum ligt net buiten de stadsgrenzen aan de noordkant van de stad Leeuwarden. Het dorp vormt samen met de nabijgelegen dorpen Snakkerburen en Miedum al eeuwenlang één buurtschap dat ook wel “De Trije Doarpen” wordt genoemd.
