Gamefly is something that is just such a cool idea, very well executed. Sure some things happen. Some games don't work, or don't ship. Bugs happen in every system and with GameFly, I feel like they were very helpful and responsive in fixing the issues. As someone with Aspergers syndrome, Games are a real escape and having a variety for a reasonable price every month is really comforting.

Y'all sent me the last game in my Q when higher placed games had high availability... not cool. Other than that, it's pretty good. Pre-paid, easy to use return envelope +, Fast delivery ++. I'd recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to pay full price for games they'll only play once and multiplayer games you wanna test before buying. Not to mention you can buy games straight from them if you wanna keep it.

Been using gamefly since it first came around and I love it. Great selection of games and movies and you get them in a timely manner and if you have problems with it their awesome customer service gets you a new one within the next couple of days. All around 5 stars

Put a game in the 'Q' that had a 'low' availability. Still haven't shipped after 5 days. Put a game with high availability in the Q and it took 3 days to ship. It's been 3 days since it shipped and it's still not here. The app is nice but the logistics of their service seems terrible at this moment. Wouldn't recommend.

This is the best option for trying new games, hands down. I have yet to have a negative experience with this service and I've discovered new favorite games. I can't recommend this service enough.

The interface is great but could use some improvements over time, the subscription service is fantastic and has saved me a lot of money over the year I've had it and plan on keeping it. Highly recommend for hardcore gamers

I love gamefly. Not just renting physical copies of games and keeping them till "you're" through with it. But also that they stream games as well. And just not games, movies too. I o it have the free trial but even within the 30 days I was able to rent 2 games so far within 10 days. They come very fast in the mail with the system gamefly uses for fast delivery.

I love this app for a low price a mounth you can play the game as long as u want and some game u can pay a lower price the u would at a store like GameStop to keep the game the they will send the next one but you do not have to keep the game when you are done with it you can just send it back to get the next on on your list

Doing great things on this app. I just wish I could read more than 2 reviews about a game.

I cannot access my reward point from the app. I that annoying and short sided. And the app will not let one look at the full list of available games. And the time it takes to get my games is far to long for what I pay.

This is my second time using Gamefly, after trying it nearly 5 years ago and I am super disappointed again. First folks, Don't get your hopes up on always receiving the latest games right away in the mail, it may take weeks or more before you get a game you really want to try. Turn around time is atrocious, they received my game back and didn't even begin to send me another game for days, a well over 10 day door to door turnaround. Also, my Q wasn't an issue because multiple (older) games in my Q were availabile immediately, yet they still waited days to put my next one in the mail. Their Email support was unhelpful and frustrating. Please, Gamefly, If those issues were improved on a lot more, this service would be awesome but right now it's hard to feel like this service is worth it due to poor game availability and turn around time in some areas of the country (and I live in a major city and it's even slow here)

Just started my free trial and so far it's cool I can't wait till I get my games but I'll probably discontinue after the 3month special Whish they had a special for a whole year lol nonetheless if you want to try games out then this is the place 2 be

This is a great way to get games but they sent me a fucked up battlefield 1 disk, I won't let me play it but for 5 seconds at a time.

The speed of turnaround could improve, but altogether a great way to play multiple games and try games you may pass on due to financial constraints.

App works great for finding games and sorting my queue.

Is an excellent interface for the Gamefly service. I've had no problems setting up my que of games and buying games I have out. Well designed and very user-friendly.

Its an error When I started the App It says"initialization error" please fix it

It's good when they send your top priority picks but that isn't often enough.

Took forever to get my game and then the disk didnt work.

Slower than advertised. New games in Q are never available. Average in between turn around time is 10 days. Even when I purchased a game, it took a week to get the cover and directions, and a week longer to get my next game. Sooooooo canceling this.

Great service. Better than paying $60-$70 for each newly released game. Plus, if you decide to keep the game, they sell it to you at a discounted price.

Love the app, easily search for the game's you want to try b4 you buy. Since there's no video game store near me to rent, I use this app for that.

It is GameFly, it has been around for years it is great if you like to play lots of games, but have very little money to spend on games.

They don't have the game I want available. Been waiting weeks for zelda. Went from very low to low. What's the difference? They are still not sending it!

Use the service to get games. Monthly. Theyll need to maybe lower tgeir prices to keep up with ps4 and xbox on demand service though

I personally loved GameFly and that makes it even easier for me to rent games for my PlayStation and any other systems that I have around the house

Been a member since 2013. This app makes it far easier than using my computer or game console.

I'm still getting the hang of the application, but the overall is good no problems at all.
