Diet Plan - Weight Loss 7 Days for Android
Good app.. Its tough for me to maintain but I started today.. One doubt.. After 7 days what should I eat? Again from day 1 or asusual food without calories? Anyone please clear this
This worked pretty well I lost 7 pounds in about 4 days but I need help with a few things. Would plain green tea be better or is it ok to add lemon and honey?
Way too many pop up ads. All it does is aggravate the heck out of you. Deleted within 2 minutes after downloading.
I lost 22 lbs in 1 weeks time following the lose 10 lbs in 7 days plan. The first 3 days were hell but if you stick to the easy plan, then you should reach and pass your goal. I just couldn't give it 5 stars because of all the pop ups and you really have to research how to diet to maintain while attempting to workout. You cannot exeecise on this diet or "semi-fast" because you will be too depleted.
I am very satisfied...after 1 week I have lossed 4kgs.great app to loss weight in playstore.all d best for heavy weight people's. :-D

It works!! I lost 4 pounds by Day 5. I did add two tablespoons of Peanut butter and two tablespoons of Ranch dressing on Day 2 for the Celery &Broccoli. I also added two tablespoons of nacho cheese to my Broccoli on Day 3. But, I also used my eliptical for 20 minutes and only ate a little on Day 3. I would've given 5 Stars but on Day 4 it doesn't say how much if any water to drink.
I didn't do this plan yet but I am planning on starting the gm plan tomorrow..This one do not include the soup and lean meat like the ones on the internet...is that a problem...will it affect the plan?
There is so much spam I never got to use the actual content. Is there any content?
Don't waste your time. ~~~~~~ Completely useless. It is possible it has good information, but it was not viewable because the quantity of ads prevented function. I'm not exaggerating. No matter how many ads I shut, another blocked the application screen or opened the play store within one or fewer seconds. Deleted within ten minutes of start-up. (Not to mention it's incredibly unhealthy to lose more than four or five pounds in a week.)
Simple to follow so far. Goes with my natural rhythm of food desires such as day 1: fruit. Day 2: veggies. And then day three I desired more fruit. Hey it was day three on the plan. I look forward to tomorrow. Banana and milk day! I been looking for something permanent. I think this might become perminant for me! Thanks. Its a pleasure to have on my phone.
The poorly spelled directions in this app lends itself to dubiousness, but I did the 7-day/10 pound weight loss plan, and it does work. I was concerned I was not getting enough protein, though. Huge cravings, but I soldiered through. If you're looking for quick results, and you're tough enough to endure the cravings, I do recommend it.
Im just at the end of day 1, all fruit day got tough towards the end, have to say though full of energy and suffering from depression best day for a while! All veggie tomorrow bit easier, roll on day 7 !
This is healthy. Weighed 92kg and was able to come down to 64kg. My BMI states 62-65, thereabout. Proud of this app,
My mom's weight was very much ,she had atheritic but when she used this app she worked hard towards her diet plan and now she is the slimest person in our family. I am very much thankful to this app
Seems like a ok diet and I am willing to try it, I'll re evaluation after 7 days. Only thing is many errors in the writing and it makes it hard to understand. Ex. Day6 says make sure u not take water with rice? Says she will name 2 teas 1 healthy 1 tastier and she only list 1. Everyone she says see video or see arm e exercises there is no where to click. Is it errors or??

If you go to settings and push airplane mode you won't have pop up ads. Just be sure to turn off bc it stops incoming anything on device or phone. Also, this is a wonderful plan and has follow up balanced diet so thanks for this FREE app. Thus the ads, glad it's free. I can deal with the ads or just put in airplane mode if they are popping up.
Hello this is so Rediculose, I am A nutritional doctor and the least number of weigh that you can lose in a week is 2-3 lbs maximum. Hello 10 is Rediculose don't do this I prefer that you eat healthy and do exercise.
My hubby is a diabety.can he follow this diet plan without facing any problems
Lot of pop Ads were showing up and opening in browser without my permission. "Android performance is low" was one page and then my device was freezed. I had to restart & then scanned device and virus was detected.
I didn't lose 10 pounds but It did help me to lose a few pounds. If you really stick with the food you are suppose to eat, I think I would have lots more pounds

Ok first off IF you want to lose weight ditch the potatoes! And Banana is actually good for you just 1/2 of one daily in a smoothie. OK so veggies to EAT daily to help you feel FULL broccoli, carrot, celery, cauliflower, zucchini, squash etc you can EAT as much as you want during the day. Secondly NO WHEAT NO DAIRY (except plain Greek yogurt!) products. You need 12 oz of protein daily (Chicken, Fish, Or Turkey!) And rice protein powder! NO WHITE SUGAR and only 3/4 of brown rice.

I have tried for a 7 days plan it's actually worked for me to reduce 4 weight but they give more clarity on day 4 and 5 otherwise very good app
I would like to give it a try.. But is it ok to consume 8-10 banana's on day 4. Bcos it may lead to cause diarrhea. In addition to that I can't eat banana, cos they make me want to vomit! is there any way I could replace banana's with any other fruit?
