About PIP Stress Tracker

PIP Stress Tracker

PIP Stress Tracker is your personal stress management tracker. Record stress levels with the in-built recording session. This helpful app lets you track and analyse stress levels with easy-to-read charts and graphs. Monitor your stress on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and check your progress over time. See what time of day is the most stressful. View your longest relaxation period. Stress Tracker will help track, monitor and, over time, help manage stress.

Stress Tracker is an app for PIP, a biofeedback device, which uses EDA sensing and data processing technology to accurately measure, track and, over time, manage stress. Visit www.thepip.com to find out more.

The app is a tad bit bad, sure it lets you do the main idea behind it easily, but if you need to go back, the back button for Android does nothing. Connecting to the Pip can go on forever despite having already connected in the background.

I use it to relax when I'm stressed or anxious, to help go to sleep, before exams, during hw breaks, in between long and complicated reading passages or math exercises, before/after working out. These are all great practical applications, because the app allows one to see what actual state of stress they are in and make moves to relax either with breathing exercises/meditating or other means. The app has also useful for spiritual growth. It can strongly supplement prayer/meditation.

I can't get the program PIP to start. I'm not sure if I am placing my finger on the circle the wrong way or if I have to buy another piece.

No way to fine tune sensitivity, no options to exit app or even to back out of session, no indication of how to really apply the data - seems like it might establish a baseline at the beginning of each session, but it's all a mystery - no documentation. Would be nice if it offered some insight, tips, explanations at least of what the app is really charting, or at least a raw data view option (with some sort of numbers and a visceral unit of measurement) so you can really see what it's doing.

It now works most of the time. Unfortunately, I seem to be stressed. Lol bummer.

Good but stress index not equal across apps

App crashes every time I try to use it. Connects to PIP but crashes shortly after.
